AES a division of Lennox, was established in 1988 and is one of the largest manufacturers of roof curbs and drop box diffuser systems in the nation. We have recently expanded our capabilities as a single source supplier by adding a Mechanical Services Division as well as becoming a Misc. Steel manufacturer. These new services will reduce construction costs and eliminate coordination with multiple suppliers and subcontractors. Our focus will be to enhance the services provided to our General Contractor network nationwide. AES has 4 different fabrication facility locations nationwide to assist our customers and reduce their freight cost and shipment lead times.

Lennox AES is currently searching for a responsible Project Manager to oversee HVAC retrofit projects nationwide.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Organize and schedule various projects to meet customer expectations.
• Communicate with project stakeholders including vendors, subcontractors, customer representatives and other 3rd parties.
• Facilitate solutions as project issues arise and driving projects to closure by managing inspections, punch lists and documentation needed for completion.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Project Management or Construction Management experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred. Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or Building Sciences preferred.
• PMP/MBA is a plus
• Written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $63,200 - $82,950 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

As an DevOps Engineer, you will

• Develop scripts, workflows, and playbooks for storage provisioning, automation, and backup integration.

• Design, build, maintain and own SDP‑compliant CI/CD pipelines, ensuring they incorporate security checks, automated patching, and governance requirements.

• Develop containers with Podman and orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes (or similar platforms).

• Create and maintain IaC using Ansible (or comparable tools) to provision and configure cloud resources, containers, and networking components.

• Write automation scripts and playbooks in Python, Go, Bash, or other languages for building images, running SAST scans, and automating repetitive tasks.

• Develop and evolve build, deployment, and release processes, including versioning, artifact storage, and promotion across environments.

Basic Qualifications

• Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval as determined by the company to meet its business need

• Hold or have the ability to obtain Security + CE (or other DoD 8570/8140 certification)

• Experience with developing CI/CD workflows and utilizing tools such as Nexus, Maven, Jira, GitLab, and Release Management

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef, Ansible.)

• Programming and scripting experience in a UNIX environment (GoLang, C++, Perl, Python, Bash, Ruby, Shell, Scripts)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and/or other cloud orchestration tools and technologies

• Experience with Podman, Buildah, Skopeo and/or other container tools and technologies

Job Description:
This position is for a Principal Design Engineer. If you enjoy working with hands-on multidiscipline teams, the Test Solutions Engineering Center (TSEC) is interested in hearing from you.

The Test Solutions (TS) Effectors Center (TSEC) within the Hardware Engineering Discipline is a multi-discipline organization responsible for developing Production and Engineering test equipment solutions for all Raytheon products. We are hands-on designers using the latest technology and tools and integrating state-of-the-art software solutions with the most advanced engineering systems in the world.  TS products are in engineering labs, in the field, and in factories and production testing environments utilized for testing weapon system products. TS has job opportunities across all phases of the engineering lifecycle, including demonstrations, early engineering tests, design verification tests, production, and post-production sustainment.

This Principal Engineer hardware position is focused on supporting and driving the design, development, integration, and maintenance of electronics as a part of on-site factory support of test systems to support weapon system product development and deliveries. The selected candidate will support and drive the development of electrical designs, Interconnect designs, electrical system analysis and integrated development environment specified by the factory solutions and the TSEC organization.

What You Will Do:

• Prioritize and handle several engineering tasks concurrently
• Lead small teams of Electrical Hardware design engineers in support of complex cabling, test chassis or test system solutions
• Develop both engineering and production test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, technical drawing creation, schematic creation, circuit design and analysis
• Lead the troubleshoot of hardware and test equipment instrumentation in Factory Test Platform solutions
• Work and coach/lead in a multidiscipline engineering team environment 
• Interact and engage with Engineering, Operations PTEs, and program personnel to support factory readiness and robustness 
• Support the development and derivation of requirements for hardware and electrical products

Qualifications You Must Have: 

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree and minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field.
• Eight (8) years of experience with electrical engineering design to include troubleshooting, analysis, and test
• Experience using schematic capture tools and interpreting schematics

The Integrated Solutions, Modeling, and Architecture (ISMA) directorate assesses, develops, and evaluates solution architectures for our customers’ largest, most complex challenges across all the operational domains. In the Operations and Mission Analysis Department you’ll be part of a special team that analyzes the world’s most challenging threats and helps define new capabilities to counter them, pushing the boundaries of innovation, and leading the industry in operational modeling and simulation using our purpose-built software. 

Raytheon’s Huntsville Operations Research Team is currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer / Operations Research Analyst.  This is an onsite role in Huntsville, AL. 

What You Will Do

• Support the design, development, and application of medium-fidelity digital simulation software in advanced technical computing environments.

• Contribute to system modeling, mission and engagement-level simulation, and data analysis to assess system performance, effectiveness, and survivability across operational scenarios.

• Develop and implement analytical approaches to support mission trade studies, performance evaluations, and system design decisions, ensuring alignment with defined requirements.

• Provide modeling and analysis support across the product lifecycle, including early concept development, system maturation, and new business activities.

• Collaborate within cross-functional teams, integrating inputs from programs, customers, and subject matter experts to generate defensible data that informs technical and programmatic decisions. 

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience. 

• This position requires a combination of education and work experience, including these options:

• Experience using C/C++.

• Experience using numerical computing environments, e.g., JMP, MATLAB, or Excel

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.​ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Master’s degree in operations research, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Math preferred

• Experience with statistical and data analysis and commercial data analysis software packages

• Experience creating time-based models and simulations (not CAD/solid modeling)

• Military Operations Analysis, wargaming, Modeling & Simulation experience in the defense industry, and/or data analysis & visualization.

• Experience using Linux computing environments Experience in Software requirements development, design, integration, and test

• Experience communicating and interacting with government counterparts

Raytheon is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to join the Effector Subsystems Products (ESP) Department in Huntsville, AL. The selected candidate will perform and/or assist in the performance of Parts Engineering, Components Engineering or Applications engineering tasks supporting programs in the proposal, System Design Description, Low Rate Initial Production (SDD, LRIP), production and support phases. 

  
 
What You Will Do 

• Day to day interface with designers, product development engineering, Electronic Computer Aided Design (ECAD) function, program management, and other disciplines.   

• Determine program statement of work (SOW) and other defined customer component application requirements.   

• Determine program component environmental / characteristic application requirements.   

• Provide technology insertion and parts selection/standardization guidance while adhering to business, component parametric, application environmental and circuit application constraints.   

• Interface with multiple internal stakeholders and external suppliers/manufacturers to develop component risk and verification delineation.   

• Create component verification data packages with supporting data.   

• Provide applications engineering support to multiple program integrated product teams (IPT's.)   

• Facilitate component selection and libraries application through the coordination and generation of the program bill of material (BOM) in a collaboration toolset.   

• Presentation of component standardization, design library, obsolescence management and termination finish risk results in support of program preliminary and critical design reviews (PDR’s / CDR’s.)   

 Qualifications You Must Have 

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior 
  relevant experience

• Minimum of 8 years experience in the following categories: 

• Experience with component obsolescence management methodologies  

• Experience with Parts Standardization application and technology insertion within the design process  

• Experience with the development of associated component data / drawings and the judgment /determination of part applications to meet program/project objectives and requirements.   

• Experience with BOM (Bill of Material) development and management for developmental and production programs   

Qualifications We Prefer 

• Understanding of the application of technical theories and concepts as they apply to electronic components and the parts management field  

• Demonstrated knowledge of component failure modes, component reliability and military specifications and standards  

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and hierarchy definition.  

• Active electronic circuit design experience.  

• Mentor Graphics Expedition or Design Architect and circuit simulation/analysis tools (PSPICE, - Analog Workbench).  

• Knowledge of analog design and analysis, general knowledge of digital circuitry and interfaces.  

• Knowledge and experience with use of lab common equipment (oscilloscopes, network analyzer, etc.).  

• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and test equipment.  

• Knowledge of circuit card and PWB manufacturing processes  

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office  

• Knowledge of Component MIL drawings, standards, test specifications, and associated QPLs and QMLs.   

• Knowledge of component failure modes by commodity  

• Knowledge of component selection, screening, qualification, and derating for use in military, and aerospace flight applications

An Electronics Lab Assembly/Solder Technician is responsible for assembling, cabling, and validating complex testing rack test systems. This includes building and repairing cables and connector assemblies as a critical part of the role. Additional responsibilities include assembling and configuring rack-mounted devices, troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues, and performing functional validations to ensure assembly quality and performance. Additional activities may include basic soldering, fabricating test boxes, or supporting other hardware integration tasks.

The candidate may provide on-the-job recommendations to solve hardware integration issues with mid and upper-level Engineering and Leadership. The candidate will comply with the company’s FOD program, tool control program, and all safety regulations.

Work primarily includes cabling and assembly of Rack-mounted Test Systems but may also include working with Engineering prototyping.

This position is 100% onsite in Huntsville, Alabama

What you will do

• Assemble and configure rack-mounted devices, troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues, and performing functional validations to ensure assembly quality and performance.
• Perform other activities such as basic soldering, building or repairing cables and connector assemblies, or fabricating test boxes.
• Perform pin crimping, wire routing, and use hand and powered tools.
• Test and troubleshoot systems using multimeters and other diagnostic tools.
• Provide on the job recommendations to solve hardware integration issues with mid and upper-level Engineering and Leadership.
• Perform physical tasks such as retrieving, storing, and installing equipment.
• Work from detailed assembly drawings, schematics, or work instructions.

• Work from verbal instructions and conceptual ideas to a achieve a desired output.
• Recognizing failures and isolating problems and suggesting appropriate corrective action.
• Keeping management appraised of all unresolved and/or potential problems that would negatively affect schedules or quality.
• Manage inventory, paperwork, and maintain organizational standards.

Qualifications You Must Have

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) and A minimum of 2 years of work experience.
• Assemble and configure rack-mounted test systems, cables, and harnesses
• Verification/Inspection experience with associated standards, processes, and documentation.

Qualifications Preferred

• Work experience with mechanical and soldering standards, processes, and documentation.
• Experience working within an Engineering Technical Support Environment.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, memos, schematics, detailed electronic blueprints, and other similar authorized drawings and documents.
• CCA manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of Fabrication Standards, Processes, and Documentation.
• IPC J-STD-001 solder certification and IPC 610 and IPC 620 certifications
• Associates Degree in a Technical field.
