Key Responsibilities:

Their primary customers are wholesalers (Plumbing and Pump and Well), plumbers, welldriller/pump installers, water treatment professionals, general contractors, service professionals, facility maintenance personnel, architects, engineers and other professionals responsible for ensuring equipment isspecified and serviced properly. Water Treatment Technical Service Rep. also works to assist callers to repair existing equipment or replace equipment when needed.
Responsibilities
Often serves as the main contact to our company for water treatment questions and equipment information.
Receives calls about treatment equipment and techniques.
Providing water analysis interpretation and product recommendation.
Trouble shoot equipment problems in the field and direct proper repair procedures recommending parts.

Electro-Mechanical Technician
The Electro-Mechanical Technician at Green Bay Packaging works in a fast-paced environment that oversees the installation and maintenance of our plant support systems and process machinery. This role will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment, as well as installing new equipment, performing regular services, performing maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns. As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will use all the tools at your disposal to ensure the reliability of the industrial equipment and any associated support equipment. This will involve corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance techniques, as well as operational and design feedback for maintaining and improving all systems atGreen Bay Packaging facilities.

About the role:
This role is responsible for increasing Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base, increasing client engagement with existing software clients, and growing the SaaS client base through new sales. Key Responsibilities Lead and support CAPAs, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable aerospace standards (AS9100) Participate in audits (internal, customer, and supplier) and quality system maintenance Collaborate cross-functionally to improve internal quality processes and manufacturing outcomes Interface with customers on quality issues, investigations, and resolutions Support supplier quality and performance initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field is required Experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, or circuit board manufacturing environments Experience leading and mentoring other team members Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (AS9100 is a plus) Background in one or more quality disciplines: customer quality, audits/compliance, internal quality, or supplier quality Comfortable communicating with customers on quality-related matters Interested in hearing more?
