This is a critical role responsible for managing a team of six and insuring compliance with AS9100 standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, with specific experience in airfoil production and the use of PC-DMIS software.
Responsibilities: As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for: 1.
Developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with AS9100 standards.

Overseeing all quality assurance processes, including inspection, testing, and product release.
3.
Utilizing PC-DMIS software to analyze data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
4.
Leading and managing a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest level of performance.
5.
Collaborating with other departments to integrate quality control into all functions and processes.
6.
Monitoring and improving the manufacturing process of airfoils to ensure optimal quality and performance.
7.
Conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
8.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction.
9.
Managing and resolving customer complaints and issues related to quality.
10.
Staying current with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company's quality standards and processes remain compliant and effective.
Qualifications: To qualify for this exciting role, you will need: 1.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role within the manufacturing industry.
2.
Proven experience with PC-DMIS software, Quality Management Systems, AS9100, Continuous Improvement, and Airfoil production.
3.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or a related field.
4.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
5.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
6.
The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
7.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
8.
A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate potential quality issues and implement preventive measures.
9.
A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control techniques.
10.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
