Job Summary: CS Sunshine Holdings is seeking a Lean & 6 Sigma Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives across our US manufacturing sites. This role will introduce the fundamental concepts and key tools of Lean and Six Sigma to newly established operations and drive cost reduction initiatives at the plant level. The Lean Manager will also support the development and implementation of the U.S. manufacturing operating system.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide training on Lean and Six Sigma concepts, methodologies, and tools to manufacturing teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role such as IE Manager or Lean Manager.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing at least two Lean or Six Sigma projects in large manufacturing or logistics organizations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to organize and lead teams across departments.
• Proficient in using software tools to process and analyze complex data.

About the Role

Crusoe is expanding hyperscale AI data center cloud infrastructure across the U.S. and internationally through strategic co-location partnerships. As our capacity continues to scale, we need experienced construction leaders who can represent Crusoe’s interests across multiple third-party development partners.

As a Construction Manager – Co-location, you will serve as an Owner’s Representative overseeing co-location construction partners. Construction Oversight

• Provide executive oversight of construction activities across multiple projects and markets
• Manage, mentor, and hold accountable Construction Project Managers and Development Managers
• Oversee design development, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and value engineering
• Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Lead the selection and management of architects, engineers, general contractors, and key consultants

Team Leadership & Process

• Build, lead, and scale high-performing development and construction teams
• Establish best practices, systems, and reporting standards for consistent execution
• Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture focused on accountability and performance

Financial & Strategic Responsibilities

• Oversee development budgets, GMP negotiations, and cost controls
• Review and approve change orders, contracts, and major development expenditures
• Partner with senior leadership to align development strategy with overall company objectives
• Support investor, lender, and partner relationships as required

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in industrial real estate development and construction
• Significant experience delivering ground-up, speculative and build-to-suit industrial projects
• Proven background in merchant building environments with a developer, owner-operator, or institutional platform
• Demonstrated experience managing entitlement processes across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience leading and overseeing Development Managers and Construction Project Managers

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator at our Irving, TX office.

As an Estimator, your role involves assessing bid specifications and drawings to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the project requirements for a successful bid and project acquisition. Additionally, you will actively engage with Trade Partners, facilitating prompt follow-ups to secure bids. Collaboration with Project Management teams is essential for proposal and budget follow-ups to secure business closures. Your close collaboration with the Ops team during the PreCon and buyout stages and effective communication with Trade Partners is vital to the overall process.

What you will do:

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for material, labor, equipment, subcontracts, and construction facilities.
• Cultivate relationships with Subcontractors, Vendors, and Suppliers.
• Attend on-site pre-bid/proposal conferences and site visits.
• Develop and review subcontractors' scope of work, accepting, reviewing, and analyzing their quotes for optimal value.
• Generate project bid status reports, ensuring compliance with specifications, contract Statements of Work, and Bid Invitations.
• Present cost estimates in alignment with customer proposals, considering general and special conditions.
• Craft scope specifications and requirements, input project schedules, perform quantity takeoffs and create cost summary sheets.
• Maintain an accurate and current database with cost codes for historical data.
• Review Company projects and estimates for accuracy verification.
• Utilize relevant company and industry historical data for precise pricing estimates.
• Transmit bid invitations efficiently through Building Connected.

What you will need to be successful:

• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant construction estimating experience of projects ranging from $500,000 to $100 million.
• Diverse commercial project type experience is a must (i.e. tilt-wall, light industrial, high-rise multifamily, wood frame hospitality, healthcare, retail, or multi-story self-storage experience preferred)
• Proficiency in BlueBeam and Excel.
• Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills, capable of leading a team.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, showcasing teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives.
