Education

Required Experience

  • Extensive senior operations leadership experience within complex, high-volume manufacturing environments (OEM, Tier 1, industrial machinery, automotive, heavy equipment, or similar).
  • Proven success launching or scaling new manufacturing sites.
  • Deep expertise in Lean, continuous improvement, automation, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
  • Strong command of P&L-adjacent operational metrics including cost, quality, throughput, capex, and health & safety.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, diverse teams, including experience in multi-site environments.
  • Experience leading within a workforce with a strong Latino employee base.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
