  • Senior Payroll Specialist will independently execute semi-monthly, high-volume North American payroll (US / Canada / Mexico) in a fast-paced environment, ensuring payroll is accurate, audit-ready, and approved on time.
  • This role owns payroll readiness end-to-end in tandem with our Payroll Specialist - preparing inputs, validating results, and proactively resolving issues before approval - with the Payroll Manager reviewing final outputs.

Responsibilities:

  • Own payroll readiness by preparing payroll templates/loads and validating upstream inputs (e.g., Workday changes, benefits/tax updates, and one-time payments).
  • Perform pre-approval audits and exception/variance checks; ensure issues are identified, resolved, and documented before approval.
  • Proactively troubleshoot payroll errors, drive root-cause resolution, and reduce repeat issues through improved checks and documentation.
  • Manage out-of-cycle payments as needed (manual checks/electronic transfers) with appropriate approvals and an audit trail.
  • Manage employee payroll inquiries and intake via ServiceNow, meeting SLAs and escalating appropriately.
  • Partner with ADP and Cloudpay on case resolution, compliance reporting, and tax/benefits coordination.
  • Prepare monthly payroll journal entries and payroll accruals with supporting schedules; support GL upload processes (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).
  • Support Accounting close by providing tie-outs, audit support, and responses for reconciliations and flux/variance explanations.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) and 8+ years of progressive payroll experience, including end-to-end responsibility for high-volume, semi-monthly multi-state U.S. payroll; experience supporting Canada and Mexico payroll a plus (NAMER scope)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll impacts from benefits administration and taxation for federal, state, and local entities, including compliance requirements and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, proactively identifying and resolving payroll issues before approval and consistently meeting deadlines

As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA) you will perform aviation-based law enforcement operations for the detection, prevention, interdiction, and apprehension of terrorists, terrorist weapons, and other contraband and persons from illegally entering or attacking the United States. Typical duties include:

Experience: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized professional aviation experience performing duties such as:

POSITION SUMMARY

The Head of Operations and Manufacturing will own the end-to-end operational infrastructure required to bring Ripple's FDA-regulated cuffless blood pressure monitor to market and scale production. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives building from zero to one in a regulated environment: selecting contract manufacturers, standing up supply chains compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 820, establishing ISO 13485-certified quality management systems, and preparing for direct-to-patient fulfillment.

As a company preparing for 510(k) submission and commercial launch, this role is critical to ensuring we can reliably manufacture and deliver a high-quality, FDA-cleared medical device at scale. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in medical device manufacturing (particularly wearable or electro-optical devices), understands regulated hardware supply chains and design transfer, and can roll up their sleeves while building the team and processes for long-term growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manufacturing & Production

  • Lead selection and onboarding of contract manufacturing partners with Class II medical device experience, including RFQ, quality audits, contract negotiation, and ongoing management.
  • Own design transfer and manufacturing transfer, working with engineering on DFM principles, Device Master Record (DMR) requirements, and production readiness.
  • Establish production planning, forecasting, and capacity management for V&V builds, pilot production, and volume manufacturing.

The Glazing Engineer is responsible for the completion of high quality façade, curtain wall and glazing system projects on time, within budget and within scope.
