About the Role
As the Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing the production schedule and purchasing materials and services for our CNC machine shop. The Master Scheduler serves as the central coordination point between engineering, purchasing, shipping, and shop operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the master production schedule based on customer demand, forecasts, and order priority.
- Adjust schedules in real time to accommodate rush orders, material shortages, machine downtime, or labor constraints.
- Sequence jobs to optimize machine utilization, labor efficiency, and output.
- Issuing purchase orders for materials and services.
- Coordinate subcontracted operations.
- Liaison between Production Manager and shop floor.
- Identify inefficiencies in scheduling and production flow.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of scheduling/planning experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
- Strong ERP system experience (JobBOSS is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability.

Strong mechanical aptitude and proven troubleshooting ability across diverse equipment.
Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems in factory automation.
Ability to read electrical schematics, P&ID drawings; experience with systems up to 3Ph and 480Vac.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
Preferred: Associate’s degree in Electromechanical Technology or related field.
PLC troubleshooting/programming experience.
Familiarity with CMMS.
Journeyman certification.

Description
We are looking for a Supply Chain/Sourcing Intern who will gain experience working with the Supply Chain team on multiple projects in a corporate environment. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) paid internship for the Summer 2026 semester and is based at CentroMotion Corporate in Waukesha, WI. This individual will provide sourcing support to a sourcing manager while learning and growing experience in strategic sourcing.
Responsibilities:
- Support Sourcing Managers with project execution, tactical analytics generation, and special improvement projects.
- New supplier onboarding/outreach
- Contract (NDA) renewal execution and negotiation upon expiration
- Co-lead internal/external design reviews
- Assist in MRP data upkeep/generation
- ECR/Deviation submissions as needed & change management support
- New supplier assessment and audit support
- Assist with supplier performance metrics and scorecards as needed
Accomplishments of Internship:
- Self-led identification and realization of Value Creation (PCIS) projects totaling >$50k
- Development of internal CentroMotion manufacturing capability list by site globally
- Updated risk assessment of current procured materials
- Commodity Coding Support for Analytics tool
- Other support tasks ask required
Requirements
- Student of Junior or Senior standing, working towards a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Ability to thrive and be part of a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point) required.
- Ability to effectively interact with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethics and time management experience.
- Ability to handle confidential materials with discretion and accuracy.
- Willing to be located onsite at CentroMotion Corporate in Pewaukee, WI.
