As a Solution Manager for Referrals and Community Care, you will play a pivotal role in supporting solution teams by overseeing administrative functions, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless logistical and programmatic operations. Jr. ServiceNow Developer w/ Active Top Secret or DHS Clearance

InDev is seeking a Jr. ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and enhance ServiceNow applications and integrations that support homeland security mission outcomes. You'll work hands-on across ITSM and adjacent modules, develop high-quality scripts and flows, integrate with enterprise systems, and collaborate within an Agile team to deliver secure solutions aligned with DHS standards and FedRAMP requirements. This role will provide hands-on development for the government ServiceNow platform. YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Development & Configuration
- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, GRC, etc.) to meet mission requirements.

About the role:
Based in Washington, DC this role is responsible for increasing Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base, increasing client engagement with existing software clients, and growing the SaaS client base through new sales. This role calls on existing clients to nurture and grow relationships while identifying and pursuing new client opportunities to meet a predetermined sales quota. The Software Account Executive conducts greater than 50% of their work outside their home office.
- Contacts assigned clients and presents opportunities for additional sales and/or extended usage based on client needs.
- Identifies and secures new SaaS clients by leveraging self-generated prospecting (i.e. networks, referrals, etc.) and company-initiated prospecting programs.

Summary
We are seeking a Superintendent to join our Project Team during 2nd shift (2p-12a) on a large Federal Project that includes new construction and renovation, with full tenant interiors buildout, and high level of finishes. The Superintendent is responsible for all field operations, including the coordination of subcontractors’ work. Responsible for all field activities associated with the project, including ultimate responsibility for implementation of Safety/Zero Harm program for the job site, supervision of all field construction work by subcontractors and self-performed work. Shares responsibility with the project manager for developing the project budget, actively participating in the preconstruction phase, and ensuring that the project is built on time, within budget, and according to company policies and procedures.
