The Currency Production Facility supporting the Bureau of Engraving and Printing represents a major federal investment in secure, resilient, and technologically advanced manufacturing infrastructure.

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to play a critical role in sustaining and optimizing the facility’s complex electrical systems. This position supports mission-critical power distribution, system reliability, infrastructure upgrades, and compliance with federal standards.

Responsibilities include the administration of design/build projects and facilities management tasks across various construction phases.

Services will include, but are not limited to:

· Pre-design and design phase support

· Procurement, construction, and post-construction services

· Contract administration and technical evaluations

· Onsite support during scheduled field visits

Professional/Education Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, building construction, or construction management (civil, mechanical, electrical, or architectural).
• 5-10 years of progressively responsible experience in electrical engineering with commercial/industrial power distribution systems.
• Proven experience in managing complex, new construction or major renovation commercial building projects, and experience in managing simultaneous construction and/or building projects.
• Ability to work independently or in groups and in a stressful environment.
• Experience interfacing with GSA Public Building Services, A&E firms, construction contractors and trades, and building suppliers.
• Expert knowledge and understanding of construction methodology.
• Experience developing government project cost estimates and tracking of project costs.
• Ability to develop project schedules in MS Project and/or Primavera.
• Ability to direct facility construction activities and lead construction progress meetings.
• Experience in commercial projects that included a large percentage of systems furniture.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Subject Matter Expert/s (SME) to conduct needs analysis, develop project requirements/objectives, and design preliminary space plans.
• Proven experience in written and verbal Communications. Highly skilled in detail- oriented documentation, with significant abilities in communicating with Government Project Managers, SME, and development team members tactfully, as well as providing written feedback to Government Project Managers and clients.
• Proven experience coordinating a project management team and providing appropriate levels of support, coaching, and influence.
• Significant, proven experience as a member of a team and a team leader; positive interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation, particularly with clients from a wide variety of business cultures.

Manage and lead in the preparation, review, and approval of customer contracts, ensuring appropriate recognition in accordance with ASC 606, while providing support and guidance by partnering with Sales, Legal, and Revenue Operations teams on deal structure, contractual terms, and revenue guidance implementation.

Own and evolve our ASC 606 revenue policies, including SSP analyses and allocations, as new products, pricing models and contract structures are introduced

Serve as one of the company's subject matter experts on ASC 606, owning the end-to-end revenue accounting process.

Own month-end and quarter-end tasks, including preparing workbooks, journal entries, and technical whitepapers and memos under ASC 606

Lead in the preparation of Technical Revenue Accounting ad hoc projects (SSP Analysis, Customer Life Analysis, Revenue Policies).

Streamline non-standard contract workflows with Legal and Deal Desk to balance compliance and business objectives

Support internal and external audits, including audit schedules and responses to technical accounting inquiries

Is proficient with Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, and Salesforce.

5+ years of relevant experience with a strong focus on technical revenue accounting under ASC 606

CPA License

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical issues into clear, actionable guidance

Proven ability to work cross-functionally

Our annual base compensation for this role ranges from $151,300 - $204,700 for most US locations and 5% to 10% higher for US locations with a higher cost of labor. How You'll Contribute:

A Media Sr Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from Initiation through Closing phases. However, the PM depends on the help of other people to perform most of the actual activities of the project. A project manager's role is primarily focused around written and verbal communication to all project stakeholders. The PM is responsible for overseeing and performing project management functions on all Broadcast projects, budgets, and scopes. The SPM will act as the person responsible for their assigned projects and have direct control over all project activities. Daily activities include project communications, scheduling, task lists for team participants, managing deliverables from the consulting team, and overseeing the completion of projects. The PM is responsible for completing consulting projects on time, on budget and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction from our customers. Most of this employee's time will be spent managing projects and communicating with all project stakeholders. This person will be helping to constantly improve the established Diversified processes. As the primary interface to the client, the project manager develops a strong long-term relationship. They manage the client relationship, including expectations, communications, and satisfaction.

Complexity:

Every project is different, and project stakeholders are different. The SPM needs to negotiate a very complex set of variables between discovery, analysis, conceptual design, and a widely varying set of expectations with multiple stakeholders. The skill of communicating both verbally and in writing to manage all these variables takes a very high level of awareness, emotional intelligence, and people management skills. The PM is constantly managing the forces of change in every project environment. Balancing schedules, budgets, scope, quality, and client satisfaction are a very complex set of variables.

Travel:

Some travel by car and occasional airplane trips should be expected as much of our consulting work is conducted remotely with occasional in-person meetings. Employee must possess a valid driver's license in their state of residence. Employee will be required to use their own vehicle and will be reimbursed for mileage at the current corporate rate. 10% remote travel is not unusual.

Education/Certifications:

• Certified Scrum Master = a definite plus.
