A large, established structural steel fabricator is seeking a Production Manager to lead third shift operations within a heavy steel fabrication facility.

Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned departments, managing workflow, labor, and team performance
- Maintain housekeeping, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Production Scheduler to meet production goals and address gaps
- Ensure teams follow fabrication plans and optimize work efficiency
- Plan work effectively to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets

Requirements
- 5+ years production or operations leadership in fabrication or manufacturing
