This is a contract-to-hire, fully remote opportunity to work cross-functionally with our Finance, Enterprise Systems, and IT teams — driving project alignment from discovery through delivery.

Key Responsibilities Lead multiple Finance and G&A system projects, ensuring milestones, budgets, and timelines are met.

Partner with VPs and department leaders to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Roll up your sleeves as both a project leader and BA/BSA, gathering requirements, testing solutions, and facilitating change.

Align internal and vendor stakeholders, managing dependencies and surfacing risks proactively.

Define and track KPIs to monitor progress, adoption, and process improvement.

Maintain strong governance and compliance alignment with SOX, GDPR, and ITGC standards.

Create structure around change control and documentation while driving accountability across teams.

Qualifications 8+ years of experience in program/project management within life sciences, biotech, or enterprise environments.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with finance systems (Coupa, NetSuite, CLM, Concur, ADP, etc.).

Strong understanding of SOX, GDPR, ITGC, and change control frameworks.

Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge business and technical teams.

Strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, scaling biotech environments.
