Our Yellow Iron Diesel Technicians/Mechanics perform inspection, diagnosis, preventative maintenance, and repair of electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on vehicles and equipment, primarily including yellow iron machinery, diesel heavy trucks and engines. The Technician or Mechanic is not only responsible for understanding maintenance and breakdown needs and initiating/ assigning necessary repairs but also must be able to operate the machinery being repaired. At times, the Technician may be on call and required to assist with emergency breakdowns.

• Maintains advanced knowledge to diagnose and repair mechanical problems on heavy equipment (heavy equipment includes but not limited to: yellow iron machinery, tractor trailers, forklifts, and other diesel trucks)
• Performs repairs and assigned preventative maintenance services.
• Estimates time and material cost on vehicle repairs and requisition of new parts.
• Conduct safety checks on vehicles.
• Completes required paperwork utilizing fleet maintenance software program associated with repairing vehicles, documenting part usage, and accounting for repair time.
• Reviews, completes, or assigns repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Company safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• This position will have no direct reports, however they will work in collaboration with the other yellow iron diesel mechanic on staff, although on different shifts.
• Assists Sr. Technicians in the completion of project work.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• A valid driver’s license is required. CDL a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in job duties.
• Sanitation or construction industry experience a plus.
• Computer diagnostic experience as diesel technician a plus.
• Experience with troubleshooting/repairing DPF systems diagnostic software such as Premium Tech Tool (Mack), Allison transmission, Cummins, CAT, Peterbilt, and Paccar.
• Working knowledge of applicable DOT and OSHA standards and regulations.
• Must be able to speak and read English well enough to converse with colleagues, drivers and dispatch, and be able to make legible entries on reports and records.
• Must be able to meet the physical and safety requirements of the position.
• Must be able to provide own tools

Work Environment

• We are continuously investing in equipment, and many of our trucks are less than 2 years old.
• Potentially hazardous work environment with many moving parts and machinery; must always be alert of surroundings.
• Only during breakdowns will this position be required to enter transfer station loading/ dumping area.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
• The Yellow Iron Diesel Technician/Mechanic may be required to lift upwards to 50 pounds. Frequent squatting and standing are required.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Licensing Administrator to own and manage the product approval and submission process for Off-White.

This role serves as the operational engine behind the brand’s licensing execution — ensuring that all product submissions, samples, approvals, and brand communications move efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

The Licensing Administrator will drive cross-functional coordination between Design, Production, Sales, Merchandising, and the Licensor to ensure brand integrity, timeline adherence, and execution excellence.

Core Responsibilities

Product Approval & Submission Ownership (Primary Focus)

• Own the full lifecycle of product submissions from concept to final approval

• Required changes
• Final sign-offs
• Proactively follow up with brand stakeholders to prevent approval delays

This role is accountable for keeping product approvals moving.

Sample & Timeline Management

• Track physical and digital samples throughout the review process
• Coordinate shipping of samples to licensors when required
• Ensure seasonal calendars and go-to-market timelines are met
• Maintain real-time reporting dashboards reflecting submission status
• Work closely with production and sales teams to align on delivery expectations

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Serve as central point of contact for licensing-related product approvals
• Interface daily with Design, Production, Sales, and Merchandising
• Prepare status updates for Brand Manager and leadership
• Support preparation for brand review meetings and product line presentations
• Maintain organized digital records of all approvals and submission history

Contract & Compliance Support (Secondary Focus)

stable and productive operations.• Minimize shrink by ensuring proper product handling and maintaining high inventory accuracy

through rigorous cycle counts, prompt claim resolution, disciplined process adherence, and

regular reconciliation of store and DC inventory.

• Lead the development and adoption of systems and technology that enhance efficiency and

advance operational capabilities.

• Collaborate with leadership across the supply chain and across regions to drive performance

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field is

The Mount Sinai South Nassau Hospital (MSSN) seeks a Chief of Gastroenterology and  Hepatobiliary in Oceanside, NY!

  The Division of Gastroenterology at Mount Sinai has 10 physician faculty members at the hospital, including general GI, advanced interventionalists, mobility, IBD and hepatology experts. In addition, there are full time GI faculty at Mount Sinai Doctors Practices across Nassau and Suffolk Counties, and there are many voluntary GI physicians closely affiliated with the hospital and our endoscopic services. The hospital provides a full platform of specialized high-tech interventions (POEMS, EUS, etc.) in our very busy endoscopy unit, and the hospital performs complex hepatobiliary procedures, has an IBD center, a Mobility Center and there are two new major outpatient state-of-the-art ambulatory pavilions. The hospital has achieved the Joint Commission’s gold seal of approval for disease-specific care for primary stroke, AHA Gold Plus Stroke Center and partial thrombectomy capable interventional services, moving to become fully thrombectomy capable 24/7/365 in April 2024 with the addition of a team of trained neurointerventional specialists on site. There is a very active neurosurgical service, state of the art neurological imaging studies and epilepsy platform with an EMU beginning in April 2024 as well. The hospital is a full-service tertiary care hospital, with the addition of cardiac surgery in 2025, along with many other additions to the Department of Medicine, which has a Internal Medicine Residency, gastroenterology fellowships, with the expected addition soon of additional fellowship and training programs.
