About the Role

  • As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will oversee multiple industrial warehouse facilities and provide technical and operational leadership to ensure all facility services—including maintenance, life-safety, custodial, and engineering—are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with C&W policies and client requirements. Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate:

What You'll Do:

  • Work as part of a clinical care team with a DHMT (DispatchHealth Medical Technician) and individually, as appropriate for the service line, to deliver care in the patient?s home through our innovative in-home care service lines. This involves being in a mobile unit and driving or riding in a company vehicle to the place of service.
  • Perform comprehensive health assessments and diagnose and treat complex illnesses.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions, such as splinting, suturing, wound care and minor procedures.
  • Use critical thinking skills and follow evidence-based standards of practice.
  • Accurately and thoroughly document your patient encounter and ensure accuracy.
  • Analyze test data to diagnose, treat and arrange appropriate follow up for the patient to ensure continuity of care.
  • Educate patients and families on how to treat their acute illness and manage their health and well-being.
  • Effectively navigate difficult conversations related to end-of-life issues and goals of care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, family, the medical power of attorney, primary care provider and all individuals involved in the patient?s care.
  • Identify and proactively solve problems.
  • Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics.
  • Provide care with compassion, empathy, and cultural competency.
  • Maintain positive relationships with DHMT partners and remote teams.
  • Attend training sessions and clinical team meetings.

What You Need:

  • Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in the Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital, Family Practice, Cardiac, Pulmonary or other relevant areas
  • Graduate with an advanced degree from an accredited institution
  • Current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Nationally board certified, current
  • Current BLS required, ACLS certification preferred

  • Valid driver?s license with clean driving record

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant - Utility Cost of Service & Regulatory Finance Expert to join our team working remotely and provide our utility clients with expert level knowledge in cost of service and regulatory finance. This role is ideal for senior utility/energy executives and consulting professionals with at least 15 years of experience in utility regulatory work who are ready to take the next step in their consulting career. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert and expert witness in allocated cost of service studies, lead-lag analyses, cash working capital, and affiliate transaction rules. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of regulatory testimony and deep expertise in utility finance and ratemaking principles.

*This is a remote role, but would require frequent travel to both client sites and Concentric office locations, up to 50%.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage client projects, responsible for hitting deadlines, staffing projects, managing project teams, staying on budget and providing service excellence in all client deliverables.
  • Lead and conduct allocated cost of service studies for electric, gas, and water utilities.
  • Perform lead-lag studies to determine cash working capital requirements.
  • Analyze and advise on affiliate transaction rules, intercompany cost allocations, and compliance.

What You Will Do

Develop, revise, and maintain AutoCAD drawings, models, and designs from verbal directions, hand drawn sketches, and existing hard copy drawings.

Use preliminary sketches, diagrams, and other engineering information to generate conceptual layouts for notional facility systems using CAD tools such as Autocad, and Revit.

Support site surveys for facility infrastructure solutions.

Develop facility requirements and design development documents for defense system equipment in accordance with system requirements.

Work with Architect/Engineering (A/E) contractors facility design effort.

Review and approve shop drawings and construction specifications.

Document and manage action items, field issues, and change requests including coordination with home office engineering, equipment suppliers, and onsite teams.

  • Must be able to travel within assigned territory as needed to meet with customers, contractors, and Hologic service personnel. Minimum travel expectation is 30%.
  • Technical aptitude and fundamental knowledge of mammography and digital mammography in particular are desired.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Education:



  • Associate degree in a technical or project management discipline. Bachelor’s degree preferred. An equivalent blend of education and experience may be considered.

Experience:



  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in capital equipment site planning and installation coordination.

Specialized Knowledge:



  • Architecture as it applies to site planning in capital equipment installation environment. Basic knowledge of standard drafting methods and practices. Fundamental knowledge of electrical requirements and networking terminology.


The annualized base salary range for this role is $81,100 - 126,800 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
