They tend to look for entrepreneurial product managers—people who have launched digital products for external users and who enjoy building new things from scratch. That can include side projects, startup work, or even products developed in academic environments. One current product is focused on Tax Research to automate work for jr tax advisors. Build and prove internally then launch to clients at enterprise scale. Products have been deployed to Disney, US Airforce, etc.
A few things they typically looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Building revenue generating SaaS products
Last 1-2 years been building internal products that can become SaaS products. Like to use EY employees at test cases first
Minimum 7+ years of solid product management experience
Experience working with generative AI, on mobile product development, and on customer-facing digital products

Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Governance Support

Position Overview:
The Vice President / Senior Director of Construction will oversee all aspects of design, development, and construction for a large-scale ($300MM+), complex mixed-use development project in New York City. This leader will be responsible for project delivery from conceptual design and entitlement through turnover, ensuring alignment of design vision, budget, schedule, quality, and compliance with NYC agency requirements.
This is a high-visibility executive leadership role requiring strategic, technical, and managerial expertise in complex urban developments. The ideal candidate brings a track record of successfully managing full lifecycle delivery of large commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects in New York City.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight & Leadership
- Lead all phases of project execution—from entitlement, design, and preconstruction through construction and delivery.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies that balance time, cost, quality, and design intent.
- Serve as primary project executive representing the Owner’s interests with external stakeholders, city agencies, and partners.
Design & Development Management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- Proven leadership of full project lifecycle—from design and entitlement through construction and delivery—within NYC.

Shape Pinterest's global agency strategy and planning by developing frameworks for agency segmentation, coverage models, deal governance, and account planning that reflect agency structures (holding companies, networks, operating companies, and buying units).
Lead the analysis of agency business performance (revenue, forecast, sales pipelines, agency deals, investment mix, portfolio health, margin and incentives) to identify opportunities, risks and gaps - including recurring agency business reviews and adhoc deep dives; translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for sales and executive stakeholders.

Familiarity with global media agencies - including holding company and operating company structures, investment and trading teams, planning and buying functions, how agencies make investment decisions and evaluate partners, and how agency operating models inform global deals, JBPs and enablement programs.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong ability to analyze and manipulate large, complex datasets (e.g., revenue, pipeline, pricing, incentives, media performance) to generate clear insights, identify trends, and translate them into structured opportunities and recommended actions.
Proven experience building dashboards, reporting and decision frameworks that help senior leaders quickly understand business performance and take action; familiarity with tools such as SQL, Salesforce and Tableau is a plus but not required.

As a member of the Programmatic Sales & Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving Pinterest's advertising growth and revenue through a full-funnel sales strategy. The Project Developer or Senior Project Developer will lead the development of commercial and industrial solar, storage, and EVSE projects across the United States, from project mandate through internal handoff to construction. Level and title will be determined based on the candidate's experience.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of project development in the C&I space, with Senior Project Developer candidates demonstrating deeper experience leading complex, multi-technology projects independently. This role reports directly to the Director of Customer Programs and is supported by the Account Management, Engineering, Financing, Legal, and Construction teams at PowerFlex to deliver turnkey, multi-technology solutions.
A successful Project Developer or Senior Project Developer will effectively lead project teams through development strategy, interconnection approval, site feasibility analysis, costing and pricing, contract execution, and project finance closing.

Responsibilities
- Lead the overall development of projects from customer award to NTP
- Develop and articulate a well-defined strategy to achieve project milestones, supported by analysis of risk, economics, and project competitiveness.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal subject matter experts and functional groups toidentifyand schedule activities necessary to meet key milestones.
- Provide developmentexpertiseandmaintaintransparency with external customers and stakeholders,facilitatinga consultative sales process.

Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Finance, Environmental Science, Sustainability or Energy (MBA and/or CFA accreditation/advancement viewed favorably)
- 4+ years of relevant analytical, development, consulting, or regulatory experience
- Experience using financial modeling skills to perform financial analysis and modeling for project evaluation and decision-making
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Salesforce and ability to create useful dashboards and reports
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Advanced understanding of federal and local state renewable energy policies
- Proventrack recordof solar or energy project development through contract closing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct comprehensive risk, economic, and competitive analysis
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide developmentexpertiseandmaintaintransparency with external customers and stakeholders

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000 annually. Title and compensation will be determined based on experience and may align to either the Project Developer or Senior Project Developer level. This position is eligible for PowerFlex's comprehensive Health and Welfare plans including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off. The total compensation for this position may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable). PowerFlex's compensation packages carefully consider a candidate's qualifications, experiences, and education in relation to the position.
