We are seeking an experienced MEP Estimator in Denver with strong Project Controls exposure, particularly in Data Centre environments.

In addition, this consultancy operates within complex capital programs across infrastructure, ground-up developments, core & shell, tenant improvements, and refurbishments. Projects span Government, Education, Retail, Hospitality, Life Sciences, Entertainment, and Infrastructure sectors.

Position Overview

This role supports mission-critical and infrastructure-heavy projects within an Owner’s Representative / Consultancy framework.

The Role

Our Recruiting Solutions Managers are solutions providers—not just technical recruiters. We partner as an extension of our Client's talent acquisition team. You’ll run end-to-end recruiting activities, build creative sourcing strategies, and deliver a consistent pipeline of qualified talent for clients across the Western US.

Typical req load is 5–8 well-qualified contract and direct-hire roles at a time (quality-focused, not “spray and pray”).

This is a remote role for candidates located in Utah or Colorado, aligned to Mountain Time business hours.

What you’ll do (core responsibilities)

• Partner with Client Solutions Managers (Sales Team) and hiring managers to understand role requirements, must-haves, and success profiles
• Build and execute sourcing strategies using referrals, proactive outreach, job boards, research, and networking
• Maintain strong pipelines for multiple active roles (contract + direct hire)
• Review resumes and assess qualifications, technical alignment, and culture fit
• Conduct phone screens and video interviews; deliver clear candidate write-ups/assessments
• Recommend candidates for interviews and guide next steps through offer stages
• Coordinate interview scheduling and keep candidates and hiring teams aligned (white-glove experience)
• Lead interview follow-up and feedback loops to maintain momentum (“time kills all deals”)
• Own candidate communication end-to-end to ensure a professional, high-touch candidate experience
• Document candidate activity and notes in the ATS to support clean handoffs and strong representation

• 3+ years of full-cycle technology recruiting (Agency Recruiting)

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deliver major features across multiple web applications using React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.

Position Description Summary:

The Procurement Technician provides critical acquisition and financial support for the National Park Service’s Denver Service Center, contributing to the successful planning, design, and construction of major projects nationwide. This role focuses on processing purchase requests, managing data in federal systems, ensuring accurate invoice processing, and maintaining effective communication with project and contracting staff.

• The contracted Procurement Technician(s) shall initiate, coordinate, and manage purchase requests and invoice processing activities within the Financial and Business Management System (FBMS) in accordance with established procedures, federal regulations, and required timelines.
• The Procurement Technician shall perform data entry, execute mass data updates, and generate recurring and ad hoc reports across multiple systems to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and effective fiscal management.
• The Procurement Technician shall research and resolve payment requests and invoice discrepancies by analyzing issues, coordinating corrective actions, and providing timely status updates to stakeholders.
• The technician shall communicate daily with program managers, project specialists, contracting officers, contracting officer representatives (CORs), and contracting specialists to address questions related to contractor-submitted invoices and facilitate prompt and accurate payment processing.

• Validate, route, track, and process contractor invoices in FBMS.
• Ensure compliance with Prompt Payment Act guidelines, FAR requirements, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Category Performance

• Develop and execute data‑driven sourcing strategies for JM’s resale product categories to improve cost structure, mitigate risk, and enhance supplier value.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Technical Skills

• Demonstrated experience with should‑cost modeling and cost‑analysis techniques.
• Strong contract negotiation skills and working knowledge of contract development and contract law.

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
• EIT or PE License Preferred
