HIMARS Specialist
The HIMARS Specialist will serve as Castelion’s internal subject matter expert (SME) on HIMARS employment, operations, and tactical integration. This individual will translate firsthand operational experience into actionable guidance for engineering, manufacturing, testing, and customer engagement teams.
You will play a critical role in ensuring our systems are intuitive, survivable, rapidly employable, and aligned with how warfighters actually operate.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the internal SME on HIMARS operations, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
- Provide operator-informed input into system architecture, human-machine interface (HMI), mobility concepts, and reload workflows
- Advise engineering teams on real-world constraints including crew ergonomics, field maintenance, deployment timelines, and survivability considerations
- Support design reviews to ensure operational realism is embedded in system decisions
- Participate in field tests, live fire events, and mobility demonstrations to evaluate usability and mission flow
- Assist Business Development and Program teams with customer engagement, CONOPS development, and operational briefings
- Develop training concepts and documentation rooted in real operational experience
- Identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities based on firsthand system use
Basic Qualifications
- Prior experience operating the M142 HIMARS in an operational military environment
- Deep understanding of HIMARS crew operations, mission planning, reload procedures, and fire mission execution
- Experience in deployed, training, or live-fire environments
- Ability to communicate operational insights clearly to engineering and technical teams
- Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience serving as Section Chief, Platoon Sergeant, Fire Direction Specialist, or similar leadership role
- Instructor or evaluator experience within a HIMARS unit
- Exposure to joint fires integration and coordination with higher-echelon fire control systems
- Familiarity with modern digital fire control and targeting workflows
- Experience supporting acquisition, test, or modernization efforts

The Information Technology Mainframe Operator is also responsible for starting and stopping the major subsystems, such as transaction processing systems, database systems, and the operating system itself.
These "restart operations" include performing an orderly shutdown and startup of the system and its workloads when it is required.
The Information Technology Mainframe Operator communicates with system programmers, who assist the operator in determining the proper course of action, and with the production control analyst, who works with the operator to make sure that production workloads are completing properly.

Job PurposeUses analytical skills and professional accounting knowledge to work with department managers and investment project leaders in the creation of 6 budget events per year. About the Role The Outside Sales Representative will exhibit a positive, friendly and helpful attitude with customers, have the ability to manage and grow existing accounts, and pursue new business accounts.
We invite you to apply to be part of a brand new distribution center in Southern California where you will collaborate with on site established experienced switchgear and lighting teams.
This is a salary plus uncapped commission position.
Salary will be based on experience within the industry.
What You'll Do: Selling, marketing, promoting, and demonstrating products.
Increasing business by generating sales to new customers and by selling additional products to existing customers.
Pursuing product applications by utilizing personal knowledge, internal specialist/resources, vendor representatives and other available sources.
Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
Learning and evaluating customer operations to aid in identifying customer objectives, requirements, and preferences.
Processing product quotations in conjunction with inside sales counterparts and provide continuous follow up throughout the completion of the customer’s purchasing cycle.
Ability to respond to a variety of challenging circumstances while continuing to demonstrate superior selling skills for important customer services and applications Use industrial & electrical product knowledge to better communicate with customers Use negotiating skills while understanding and using sales techniques needed to close orders Prepare sales proposals that meet customer expectations Make customer presentations Who we are Looking for Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive decisions with influence.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience with at least one sales area: Industrial OEM Automation Lighting Power Distribution Commodities Energy Minimum 3 years of electrical distribution sales experience.
Excellent customer service skills Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have a current driver’s license and good driving record.
