Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain training records and OSHA logs and prepare periodic reports for review.
• Identify and take corrective action against activities that pose potential threats to workers’ health or safety, which may include recommending organizational measures to protect workers’ safety through revised methods, processes, or materials; inspecting workplace environments, equipment, and/or practices to ensure compliance with standards and regulations; and investigating and/or identifying causes regarding filed incidents.
• Help design and implement the EHS programs and culture throughout LX Pantos’ warehouse operation for its clients, including LG Electronics.
• Administration work for safety part/team for Approval process and payment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in an EHS manager position with over 5 years of overall experience of EHS in warehouse operation.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety (OSHA), Fire Protection Engineering (NFPA), or a related field.
• Environment, Health, & Safety related major is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Korean (preferred).
• Ability to give and make reports (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• In-depth understanding of safe workplace practices and programs.
• Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations and other applicable EHS laws and guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Will be required to stand, sit, and walk for long periods of time (e.g., facility audit may require several hours of walking).
• Business travel may be necessary.

The Quality Control Lead is responsible for overseeing daily QC activities, ensuring products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. POSITION PURPOSE

As the Principal Packaging Engineer, you will serve as the enterprise-wide technical expert and strategic lead in FDA regulated packaging. The position leverage deep knowledge in packaging including but not limited to design, test methods, standards, and industry insights to create and deliver a pipeline of breakthrough innovations and overall organizational improvement.

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, and lead with accountability projects from concept to commercialization. A proactive approach in identifying opportunity areas and a strong drive for results and overall organizational improvement is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Mechanical Engineering, or related scientific discipline required. Advanced degree preferred.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

• New Product development and leadership in a regulated environment.
• Packaging development for FDA regulated products.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 8+ years of relevant experience in product development and R&D support, with a demonstrated track record of scientific and packaging development responsibilities.

SALARY RANGE:

• $128,000 - $141,000 annually

We are seeking a full-time Construction Estimator to join our team in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This on-site role involves preparing detailed quantity take-offs, managing project budgets, and collaborating closely with project teams. The Construction Estimator is responsible for analyzing project requirements, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring accurate pricing to support successful project execution.

• Strong expertise in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
• Must have experience with HBD projects
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Cost Management
• Exceptional Communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders
• Analytical and organizational skills to manage project requirements efficiently
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools is a plus
• Previous experience with housing development projects or the construction industry is preferred
