The Role:
The primary responsibility of the Senior Preconstruction Manager is to intake and steer construction opportunities through the RFP stage of estimating and preconstruction, all the way through a successful buyout and purchasing phase, before turning the project over to Operations. The Senior Preconstruction Manager will coordinate heavily with Corporate Operational leadership and resources, as well as the Estimating team for the purpose of submitting comprehensive proposals during the project pursuit and pre-construction phases. The successful candidate will be able to identify, coordinate, and communicate proposal development between all internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all project pursuit and pre-construction deliverables from commencement of project pursuit with Corporate, Operational leadership and Estimating
- Review project documentation for quality, content, and constructability
- Identify all required deliverables for the project pursuit / pre-construction effort, and make assignments to the appropriate internal/external stakeholder
- Manage the project pursuit / pre-construction effort timeline, setting deadlines as required to ensure an on time and quality deliverable to the client

About the Role
This role requires strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of construction processes, and experience with energy-efficient, high-performance, or Passive House (PHIUS) construction standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate work activities and resolve issues.
- Review blueprints and construction documents to ensure accurate implementation of design intent, including high-performance envelope and air-sealing details.

- Experience with Passive House, PHIUS, or other high-performance building standards strongly preferred.

Charter Contracting Company, LLC is looking for an experienced Superintendent in the New England area. Charter is a growing Boston based Civil/Environmental Remediation Contractor with job sites throughout New England. Types of projects include but are not limited to environmental remediation, demolition, excavation, dredging, utility work, landfill cap and closures. All applicants must have a positive attitude, be highly motivated and willing to travel.
Candidates must have 5 plus years of experience as a Superintendent. Some of the major job duties include:
- Plan and supervise all field related activities, including determining method of construction sequencing activities
- Apply knowledge of applicable plans, specifications and project work scope
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the construction operation, including documentation of activities on a daily basis

This role has a minimum base pay from $16.03 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.
This position is responsible for greeting customers and managing the customer storage buy pick-up process. Full-time and part-time positions available.
Major responsibilities include:
- Meet and greet storage buy customers.
- Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the company's car topper program.
- Demonstrate knowledge and comply with the company's phone answering standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Verify the identity of the person picking up the storage buy order(s) to ensure he/she is authorized to do so.
- Obtain the required customer information on all storage buy pick-ups.
- Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS.
- Comply with the company's safety standard operating procedures for lifting practices.
- Be an expert in all product knowledge and assist customers with product questions and selections.
- Clean and stock products according to Floor & Dcor's brand standards.
- Act and work in a manner that is consistent with the company's core roles.
Minimum eligibility requirements:
- One year of retail sales experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates.
- Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
- Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Working conditions (travel, hours, environment):
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to noisy.
Physical/sensory requirements:
Physical Work Ability to exert 30 60 pounds of force occasionally, and or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

A leading global private investment firm is seeking a Compliance Senior Associate to support its Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) / KYC program within a business-facing compliance team.
This role offers direct exposure to investment transactions, counterparties, and investor diligence, partnering closely with Legal, Operations, and deal teams in a highly sophisticated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of KYC / due diligence across investors, counterparties, and portfolio companies
- Analyze complex ownership structures and determine ultimate beneficial ownership
- Conduct sanctions and adverse media screening; assess and escalate risk as needed
- Support ongoing monitoring, investigations, and documentation standards
- Partner cross-functionally on onboarding, transactions, and risk-related matters
- Contribute to AFC/KYC policies, procedures, and broader program enhancements
Ideal Background:
- 2–4 years of experience in AML / KYC / financial crime compliance
- Experience within an investment manager, broker-dealer, financial institution, or top-tier advisory firm
- Strong understanding of risk-based KYC and global sanctions frameworks (e.g., OFAC)
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and strong communication skills
- CAMS or similar certification is a plus
