Summary: Location: Holland, OH Experience: 2 years Responsibilities: Conduct steel structure foundation and repair inspections.

Perform substation foundation and repair inspections.

Oversee wood pole treatment and testing methods.

Supervise steel structure coating crews.

Evaluate transmission structures to assess the health of electrical circuits.

Assess storm damage and support emergency restoration crews.

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of active field experience.

Proficient in computer skills for daily and weekly report completion.

Capable of photo documentation with working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Travel requirement based on project location.

Minimum 5 years, preferred 7 years, of knowledge in transmission line work, foundations, and substations.

Knowledge of QA/QC inspections and reporting practices.

Familiarity with various electronics used to create reports.

Required Skills: Must have a current and valid drivers license.

Must be a US Citizen.

Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

Proficient in verbal and written communication.

Able to create detailed reports.

Physical Requirements: Occasional overtime may be required.

Able and willing to travel in OH, PA, Virginia, WV, Jersey, Maryland.

Ability to drive to job location as part of the workday.

Must wear company-provided PPE for the entire shift while onsite, including hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, FR clothing, steel toe boots, and insect repellent when necessary.

Able to lift a minimum of 30lbs or more at any given time throughout the day.

Must be able to walk up to 3 miles per day across rough terrain and/or unlevel surfaces.
