PROJECT SCHEDULER

Job Objective
The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. This role sets project milestones and deadlines, estimates labor requirements, monitors material deliveries, and coordinates timelines across departments. The Project Scheduler proactively identifies schedule risks and works with project stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Establish short-term and long-term project goals in alignment with overall project plans.
- Estimate labor requirements based on project timelines and resource availability.
- Coordinate project schedules with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress to ensure the teams are meeting established timelines.
- Track shipment arrivals and delivery schedules to ensure alignment with project plans.
- Identify potential schedule delays and facilitate timely corrective actions.
- Revise and update project schedules as needed, including preparation for monthly customer progress reports.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager and technical experts to define tasks, subtasks, and sequencing.
- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective scheduling management system
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain project critical path schedules.
- Evaluate schedule performance and prepare project status and progress reports.
- Recommend actions to keep projects within budget and completed on time.
- Communicate project timelines, changes, and risks clearly to all stakeholders.
- Document scheduling processes and maintain accurate project records.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in project scheduling, project coordination, or production planning
- Proficiency with project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent)
- Strong working knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for schedule tracking and analysis
- Experience coordinating schedules across multiple departments
- Ability to analyze schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, construction, or engineering environments
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
- Experience supporting customer-facing projects and reporting requirements
- Professional certification such as PMP, PMI-SP, or APICS

Annual Compensation
- $80,000 ~ 130,000
The Information Technology Mainframe Operator starts and stops system tasks, monitors the system consoles for unusual conditions, and works with the system programming and production control staff to ensure the health and normal operation of the systems.
The Information Technology Mainframe Operator is also responsible for starting and stopping the major subsystems, such as transaction processing systems, database systems, and the operating system itself.
These "restart operations" include performing an orderly shutdown and startup of the system and its workloads when it is required.
The Information Technology Mainframe Operator communicates with system programmers, who assist the operator in determining the proper course of action, and with the production control analyst, who works with the operator to make sure that production workloads are completing properly.
Job Details: The Information Technology Mainframe Operator will possess knowledge in decision making; organizational awareness; problem solving; oral communication and writing skills.

This classification must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a mainframe operator, with at least two (2) years of that experience in operating and administering IBM System p-Series/z-Series platform.
In addition, one (1) year of experience of operating on automation of system monitoring and maintenance procedures and experience in ITM System Monitoring or similar role.
2 years of experience of Windows servers, Linux servers, and IBM Mainframe z/OS operating systems.
2 years experience of maintaining a detailed journal in ticketing system.
Note: This position will be a hybrid schedule after the selected candidate completes onsite training consisting of 4 to 8 weeks.
This position is also a 24/7 IT enterprise environment, shifts include morning, swing and graveyard – selected candidate must be willing to accept different shifts.
Morning Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm Swing Shift: 2:00pm to 10:30pm Grave Shift: 10:00pm to 6:30am (Next Day).

Job Details We are seeking Employment Litigation Associates to join our firm.
Ideal candidates will meet the following qualifications: 4-5 years of employment litigation experience (flexible based on depth of experience), primarily on the defense side.
Legal strategists with excellent writing, analytical, research, and communication skills who can handle a case from start to finish.
Collaborative team player with a stable employment history.
California-barred (non-CA-barred candidates will be considered – please indicate the timeline for CA admission).
Hybrid: Required to work in the office 3 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications: AmLaw 100 experience.
J.D.
from a top 30 law school, or from a T30–T50 law school with honors (magna cum laude, cum laude) and law journal experience.
