Job Details We are seeking an experienced Structural Project Manager to lead and oversee the design and execution of structural engineering projects, with a strong emphasis on educational facilities including K–12 schools, colleges, and universities.

Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, RISA, or similar programs.
Strong understanding of building codes (IBC, CBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience: Experience with DSA (Division of the State Architect) requirements and approval processes for California school projects.
Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED-certified projects.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in understanding the interdependence

This role collaborates closely with engineering leads, TPMs, and the Technical

Operations Leadership
• Establish and lead cross-functional operational initiatives across Platform,

• Support executive reporting and decision-making through clear summaries

Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations, preferably in SAP or
ERP environments.

The Waterproofing Consultant will act as project manager for projects with various scopes and sizes. The work will include new design and the evaluation, investigation, and design of repairs for existing buildings. They will manage multiple projects requiring supervision of our Waterproofing Division Principal/Director. Essential duties include climbing ladders and scaffolds, the ability to work at great heights, and the ability to travel by car to multiple job sites.
Day to Day Tasks:
- Assisting our Waterproofing Division Principal/Director and senior staff in design, site investigations, and documenta-tion of existing conditions.
- Investigation and remediation of building envelope malfunctions.
- Design and construction assistance to contractors and design consultation to architects.
- Field investigation and water leakage testing of roofing and waterproofing systems, windows, curtain walls, and other building components.
- Design of remedial repairs to existing building systems, including walls, roofs, window and curtain wall systems, and plaza waterproofing systems.
- Peer reviews of plans and specifications.
- Litigation support for projects involving all the issues discussed above.
- Assist our Waterproofing Division Principal/Director and senior staff during the construction administration phase of projects.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Architectural Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
- 5+ years of architectural/engineering or construction management experience.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

Compensation:
The salary offered to the right candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s experience and qualifications, education, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Required Qualifications 8+ years of project management experience delivering material handling, warehouse storage, or pallet racking system projects Proven leadership in managing Project Managers and teams overseeing warehouse infrastructure and industrial installation projects Hands-on experience coordinating equipment installation, racking layouts, and distribution facility buildouts Strong expertise managing project budgets, schedules, vendor relationships, and installation crews Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple concurrent warehouse or distribution center projects on time and within scope Experience collaborating with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams in industrial or logistics environments Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in engineering, operations, or related field Interested in hearing more?
