As we expand our product lineup, we’re looking for a Class A / 3D Surface Model Designer to help shape the next generation of Remote Vans interiors and exterior components.
This role is focused on the design and development of future Remote Vans products, including both interior environments and exterior components. You’ll work closely with our product, engineering, and fabrication teams to translate design intent into production-ready Class A surfaces that elevate both form and function.
This is a hands-on, with periodic on-site contract role where your work will directly influence real-world products—from concept through build.
- Create and refine Class A surfaces for van interiors, exteriors, and integrated product systems
- Develop high-quality 3D surface models from concept sketches, industrial design inputs, and engineering constraints
- Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and builders to ensure seamless integration into real-world builds
- Balance aesthetic excellence with manufacturability and durability for mobile environments
- Conduct surface evaluations (curvature, transitions, reflections, fitment, etc.)
- Iterate rapidly based on feedback in a fast-paced product development cycle
- Prepare clean, organized models ready for prototyping and production
- Proven experience in Class A surfacing and 3D modeling, ideally in automotive, transportation, or product design
- Proficiency in tools such as Alias, ICEM Surf, CATIA, or similar
- Strong understanding of surface continuity (G2/G3), transitions, and high-quality visual surfacing
- Ability to translate design intent into manufacturable geometry
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship mindset
- Experience designing for mobile, off-road, or rugged environments
- Background in interior systems, cabinetry, or integrated product design

Valco Melton, a world leader in adhesive application, fluid handling, and quality assurance systems, is seeking an Instructional Designer to join the Technical Communications team at our world headquarters in Cincinnati.
The Instructional Designer will be responsible for developing both e-learning and in-person learning modules for internal and external customers. Internally, these modules will be used to improve training quality for our technical personnel. Externally, these resources perform a critical role in the acceptance and proper use of Valco Melton’s equipment at customer sites.
The Instructional Designer will be the sole developer of these learning modules but will have robust support from the Engineering and Service teams. Along with this support, the Designer will have access to demonstration equipment and instructional design tools, with Articulate 360 as the central focus.
Note: this role is a 100% on-site position based at Valco Melton’s world headquarters in Cincinnati.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Work with colleagues across the company, especially Technical Service and Engineering to create training content for both online and in-person environments.
- Be prepared to produce basic video recording, editing, and production of Valco Melton equipment for training module material.
- Use technical writing skills for script development and editing.
- Use AI-based translation tools to translate learning modules into multiple languages.
- Use Articulate-360 training development software tools, specifically for online learning modules.
- Use PowerPoint, audio, and video tools for development of in-person training material.

Purpose
Perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance and installation of equipment under close supervision and in a timely manner to minimise disruptions of site operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting and/or repairs of production and facilityequipment, proactively identifying and resolving recurring maintenance issues in the assigned area of activity.

Valco Melton, a world leader in adhesive application, fluid handling, and quality assurance systems, is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the Field Service team based out of our world headquarters in Cincinnati.
The Field Service Technician will install, repair, and service Valco Melton's adhesive dispensing and quality assurance systems at customer sites. The Technician will also advise and train customer personnel in the operation of Valco equipment. Applicants must have general technical aptitude, ideally some prior experience working with machinery, and will need to work off of engineering drawings and electrical and pneumatic schematics.
This position will be based out of Valco Melton’s headquarters in Cincinnati, but approximately 80% of time will be spent traveling to and working at customer facilities out of town. The majority of this travel will be overnight trips to other states. This role will also entail working 2 weekends per month, on average.
In addition, travel may include occasional international trips to Canada.
This position will offer extensive opportunities for overtime and double time. With base salary + overtime, potential earnings can range from $70,000 to $95,000 annually.

- B2B Track Record: Minimum 2+ years of success in a metrics-driven B2B sales environment (e.g., SaaS, Telecom, Payroll, or Office Technology).
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze a client's current spend and build a compelling financial case for change.
- Local Presence: Must be based in Arizona with the ability to travel locally to client sites.
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commission: High earning potential with a transparent, performance-based structure - $60k base , $100k-$120k OTE
