Overview
A well-established civil contractor is seeking a Chief Estimator to lead estimating and preconstruction efforts across water/wastewater, underground utilities, and related civil infrastructure projects throughout Texas. This role will have full ownership of bid strategy, pricing accuracy, and team leadership, partnering closely with operations and executive leadership to support growth and margin objectives.
