ABOUT THE ROLE

The Globalization Product Manager will be responsible for supporting the global roll out and localization of our product positioning. This role will have visible interactions in a highly matrixed organization to sales and clinical teams around the world. The role will be responsible for understand unique market conditions and determining optimal market entry strategies.

POSITION RESPONSIBLITIES

• Continuously partner with commercial sales and clinical support team to identify new tactical and strategic opportunities to drive growth
  
• Customize messaging and promotion strategies to the unique geographic, legal, ethical, regulatory and policy environment to ensure market success.
  
• Work closely with US Transplant Care Division Marketing team on marketing campaigns, communications, collateral and event coordination
  
• Identify and address regulatory challenges and opportunities in transplant legal & regulatory frameworks and policy changes country by country.
  
• Drive initiatives to support local reimbursement collaborating with local partners.
  
• Stay current on the latest changes in clinical data and train sales teams on the latest tools to support local positioning.
  
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions following attendance at clinical conferences, webinars, and educational events to drive organizational learning and proactively shape commercial strategy and next-generation product development, ensuring insights from emerging industry trends directly inform business initiatives.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of professional experience in product management

The Production Manager organizes, implements, optimizes, and monitors production operations to ensure that deadlines, cost objectives, and quality standards are consistently achieved.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations, this role manages the human, material, and technical resources within the production department. The Production Manager supervises production supervisors ensuring disciplined execution of the production plan and alignment with site priorities.

What you will be doing:

Core Responsibilities

1. Production Operations Execution

• Organize, implement, and monitor product manufacturing activities within production departments.
• Supervise production progress and ensure adherence to the daily and weekly production schedule.
• Organize production priorities based on planning requirements.
• Implement actions to achieve production objectives and anticipate short-term production needs in line with the schedule.

3. Continuous Improvement & Industrial Organization

• Implement and support new industrial organization methods within production.
• Drive improvements in workflow, setup efficiency, and floor organization.
• Conduct workstation and 6S audits: planning, execution, and follow-up of corrective actions.
• Contribute to updating and maintaining technical documentation and work instructions.
• Support Lean initiatives deployed by Operations leadership.
• Make structured improvement suggestions and participate in implementation.

4. New Product & Equipment Launch Support

• Support production launch of new products and new equipment.
• Ensure production readiness and workforce preparedness for process changes.

5. Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise production supervisors and some lead operators.
• Conduct interviews, performance reviews, and administrative follow-up.
• Lead team meetings and reinforce production priorities.
• Communicate company strategy and policies, both individually and collectively.
• Develop employee skills and promote workforce versatility.
• Provide direct support to teams and contribute to structured problem-solving using the escalation process.
• Maintain strong floor presence and reinforce accountability, safety, and process discipline.

6. Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements within production.
• Maintain audit readiness across production workstations.
• Reinforce compliance with documented procedures and safety standards.

What you will bring along:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations role required.
• Experience managing production teams through frontline supervisors and lead personnel required.
• Strong working knowledge of production scheduling, labor planning, productivity improvement, scrap/yield management, and daily performance execution required.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methods preferred.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 required; exposure to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 preferred.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $252,000 to $267,800 per year. About the role: 
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, management of donor adverse events, review of laboratory test results, and donor notification of unsuitable test results. The Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) works under the guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager as applicable) for operational guidance and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues. The Medical Support Specialist will be familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry or a manufacturing environment. The Medical Support Specialist follows guidance provided by BioLife Medical Affairs and provides center level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS). 

How you will contribute 
You will determine donor eligibility; to include, proper management of informed consent, AIDS education and confidential self-exclusion, medical history interview and acceptance requirements, physical examination, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE). 
You will evaluate donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities. 
You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility. 
You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable. 
You will manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER. Refer to EHS guidance regarding employee incidents. 
You can be a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations associated with pandemic threats within the local community as indicated by EHS or Medical Affairs. 

What you bring to Takeda: 
High school diploma or equivalent to including graduate equivalent of a recognized educational nursing program with state requirements 
Currently licensed or certified in the state where responsibilities will be assigned: LPN or LVN

U.S. Hourly Wage Range:

The estimated hourly wage range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.  The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location. 

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.

Director of Estimating – Utility-Scale Solar + BESS

Location: Norton, MA (Relocation assistance available)

Schedule:Full in-office workweek; limited field travel as needed

Compensation:$140,000 – $160,000 Base + Discretionary Bonus

Role Overview

Lead the estimating function for large utility-scale solar, BESS, and substation projects. Own department performance, estimating strategy, and the accuracy of all bids and proposals. Work directly with Preconstruction, Operations, Engineering, and Procurement to drive winning estimates and support project turnover.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and grow the estimating team; ensure consistent, accurate, competitive estimates
• Oversee all takeoffs, bid packages, schedules, value engineering, and constructability reviews
• Review drawings/specs, identify risk, and align findings with senior leadership
• Manage client relationships and participate in procurement, budgeting, and scheduling efforts
• Lead bid strategy, vendor/subcontractor solicitation, and proposal development
• Support project handoff to construction teams and assist PMs during early project phases

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years in estimating or preconstruction, including 5+ years in electrical utility leadership
• Strong understanding of electrical construction and large-scale commercial environments
• Ability to lead teams, drive results, and uphold high-quality estimating standards
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Primavera, Bluebeam, and estimating software (MC2/ICE or similar)

Compensation:

$80/hour while temping, when converting to permanent role $160,000+ annually

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead full-cycle recruitment processes for executive and senior leadership positions within engineering, construction, and technical domains.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to craft role specifications, hiring approaches, and candidate criteria.
• Identify and attract high-caliber executive talent through targeted outreach, industry networks, and research.
• Maintain candidate pipelines utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate leadership qualities, cultural fit, and technical expertise.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and negotiations to secure top talent.
• Uphold an engaging and positive candidate experience throughout every hiring phase.
• Collect, analyze, and share recruiting metrics, market insights, and pipeline updates with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 7 to 10+ years of recruiting experience, with extensive background in hiring senior or executive roles.
• Proven success sourcing talent within engineering, construction, infrastructure, or related technical fields.
• Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and talent databases.
• Strong ability to influence and manage relationships with senior-level stakeholders and hiring teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated capacity for working independently and juggling multiple critical searches simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
