Our growing manufacturing client in Northern, NJ is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive operational excellence by uncovering, designing, and implementing improvement initiatives throughout manufacturing operations. This position is highly hands-on, partnering directly with shop-floor teams, supervisors, and site leadership to integrate Lean principles, reduce waste, and improve efficiency, quality, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion and lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Kaizen, and related methodologies.
• Collaborate with functional and department leaders to deploy process enhancements that improve throughput, lower costs, and elevate quality performance.
• Perform on-the-floor evaluations, including time studies, process observations, and root cause analysis to identify constraints and improvement opportunities.
• Design and facilitate training on Lean tools such as 5S, standard work, value stream mapping, and visual controls.
• Measure, monitor, and communicate progress against key performance indicators to ensure improvements are quantifiable and sustainable.
• Foster a culture focused on teamwork, ownership, and ongoing improvement at all levels of the organization.
• Assist with the introduction of new equipment, automation, or technologies that support operational efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement, ideally within a industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Lean tools, Six Sigma concepts, and structured improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional improvement efforts that deliver measurable business results.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven hands-on approach with the ability to drive change directly within a production environment.

Position Summary

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for all aspects of Quality measurement, product inspection and in-process testing in West Nyack, NY. The primary responsibility is to ensure that Quality Control personnel perform the required inspection accurately and as specified by the appropriate quality documentation. This position will allocate resources to efficiently maintain orders on schedule.

Essential Functions

• Quality Control – Product Inspection and Release

1. Testing of materials required to produce a finished product and the final product to confirm compliance to issued specifications.

1. Conversion of Product Specifications to Production Line Documentation (checklists, forms)

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field).
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Management, QA, or QC.
• Proven expertise in Quality Management in cosmetic industry
• Familiarity with Quality Systems, including GMP and GLP, in an FDA-regulated industry.

The Quality Control Lead is responsible for overseeing daily QC activities, ensuring products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role leads the QC team, coordinates testing and inspections, analyzes data, and implements corrective actions to maintain product excellence and compliance. This is a second shift role (3pm - 12am).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Quality Control team in daily laboratory and inspection activities.

The Claims Examiner is responsible for the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of complex residential property claims arising under Homeowners Insurance policies. This role ensures that all claims are handled in accordance with policy provisions, applicable Insurance Regulation, and internal company guidelines. The examiner provides technical claim oversight, manages third-party administrators and legal counsel, and ensures accurate claim reserving and timely claim resolution while maintaining a high level of customer service and regulatorycompliance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough review and interpretation of homeowners insurance policies, endorsements, exclusions, and applicable deductibles to determine coverage eligibility
• Evaluate claims in accordance with policy language, applicable state statutes, and relevant legal precedent
• Analyze documentation including loss reports, inspection findings, repair estimates, photographs, engineering reports, and contractor invoices
• Determine cause of loss and validate damages for residential property claims such as fire, water damage, windstorm, theft, and liability-related losses
• Review and approve claim payments recommended by Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), independent adjusters, or internal claims staff
• Evaluate and authorize claim reserves based on claim exposure, severity, and potential litigation risk

• Review adjuster reports and estimates to confirm scope of damage and repair costs
