Facilities Engineer - PM
Pay rate: Up to 115k + Bonus
Position Overview
The Facilities Engineer / Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating strategic projects that enhance operational performance across the organization. This role sets project goals, defines milestones, identifies roadblocks, and drives the actions needed to eliminate them. Working closely with production, planning, maintenance, and logistics teams, this position leads both short‐ and long‐term improvement initiatives aimed at increasing capacity, reducing lead times, improving delivery performance, and elevating product quality.
This is an individual‐contributor role with high visibility, requiring strong analytical skills, hands‐on problem‐solving, and the ability to communicate progress to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
- Define project scope, goals, milestones, and success criteria.
- Identify roadblocks and independently drive solutions to remove them.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple departments.
- Plan, review, and collaborate with design teams on structural upgrades, line installations, and modifications.
- Serve as the voice of manufacturing during equipment or line upgrade projects.
Process Improvement & Analysis
- Analyze business functions to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct advanced data collection and value‐stream mapping.
- Perform trend analysis and develop data‐driven recommendations.
- Research external methods, tools, and technologies to support new business solutions.
- Increase productivity, safety, and quality through targeted project deliverables.
Cross‐Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with department managers, quality specialists, engineering, and supply chain teams.
- Provide tools, insights, and support to operational teams to improve productivity.
- Partner with finance to produce accurate cost and productivity reporting.
- Organize, track, and report on team meetings and project progress.
Documentation & Reporting
- Develop clear communication methods for reporting project metrics.
- Ensure performance data is accurate, timely, and accessible across all levels of the organization.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including Gantt charts, dashboards, and presentations.
- Deliver regular updates to senior leadership on strategy, progress, and adjustments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for a degree).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Experience with SharePoint, report generation, and data analysis.
- Ability to write queries and macros; experience with Access databases.
- Working knowledge of Power BI and Visual Basic.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical ability.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to pass a Fit‐for‐Duty physical exam.

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be designing, building, and testing prototypes for many types of liquid cooling systems.
Mikros Technologies liquid cooling systems are deployed servers in large AI data centers and help to increase the energy efficiency of these sites. We also make active liquid cooling systems that are utilized in semiconductor test equipment for providing fast thermal control to maintain a constant temperature under a varying heat load.

What will you do?
- Ability to provide design and engineering drawing services as required to support our manufacturing processes and integration of our products into the end user’s equipment.
- Design and analysis of cooling systems such as cold plates, manifolds, and fluidic couplings.
- Analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility and cost of designs or applications.
- Research, design, validate, and analyze machined parts and other components of structural and mechanical systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
- Compute and estimate loadings on structural members.
- Provide technical input to identify and mitigate project risks that may impact project plans and schedules
- CAD model development, and design data package development completing finite element analysis techniques for stress and structural dynamics using ProE CREO, SolidWorks or other CAD software
- Review CAD/Technical Data Packages to determine and validate mechanical design requirements for components and their functions within a system environment
- Evaluate/optimize manufacturing assembly processes by designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment, conferring with equipment vendors, and soliciting observations from the production team
- Adept at creating detailed mechanical design of components, sub-assemblies, and system integration
- Capable of creating a Bill of Materials (BOM) for release to manufacturing
- Conduct root cause investigation to troubleshoot complex mechanical design and material issues that arise through testing and engineering development
- Draft and contribute to test plans and specifications
- Perform tests, debug, and validation of mechanical systems and support manufacturing processes
- Manage relationships with mechanical component vendors and contract manufacturers
- Keep updated with the latest technologies and methods to ensure competitive and cost-effective designs
- Work with your manager to propose potential R&D project ideas to enhance competency areas
- Discuss with management and production staff to assess engineering feasibility and cost-effectiveness

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree in engineering or higher is preferred

TheManufacturing Applications Engineer supports customer growth by providing technical expertise across proposal development, estimating, and manufacturing execution. Essential Functions
- Apply working knowledge of common manufacturing methods and materials to support manufacturable solutions
- Interpret and extract information from CAD models and drawings (SolidWorks or similar preferred), including basic GD&T requirements
- Support review of job cost versus estimate to improve future quoting accuracy
- Provide technical input to sales and estimating teams to support competitive proposals
- Offer practical DFM guidance to customers and internal teams
- Support proposal and RFQ development for assigned customers in collaboration with sales and estimating teams

Job Overview
Work cross functionally between product development and manufacturing engineering to develop & optimize new manufacturing processes and equipment that will be or has been transferred to production for commercial release.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Provide input to Product Development on new product designs to address Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) requirements.
- Act as a liaison between Product Development, Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Engineering to assure that project deliverables are communicated and agreed upon.
- Assess process failure risks and institute methods of detection and mitigation.
- Develop & optimize processes required for new products & equipment.
- Work with internal design/equipment engineers and/or outside equipment vendors to specify, purchase and develop new manufacturing equipment and tooling.

- Maintain compliance to Quality System and regulations for new processes and equipment.
- Complete protocols and reports for Equipment Acceptance Testing (EAT), Installation Qualifications (IQ), and Operational Qualifications (OQ).
- Collaborate with other disciplines as needed to execute Performance Qualification (PQ) activities.
- Coordinate pilot production / pre-release manufacturing.
- Work closely with Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering to release new processes and equipment into production.

- Lead and implement various product and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing)

Guide crossfunctional teams through the CAPA request/CAPA process.
Mentorcross functional teams andfacilitateactivities.

Ensure CAPA Request and CAPA activities are performed per procedures and regulations.
Guideproblem definition and scoping of CAPAs to assure that the CAPAs appropriately address underlying issues.
Facilitateinvestigations and root cause analyses.
Guide teams in documenting Effectiveness Check criteria.
Perform CAPA Verification of Implementation and Effectiveness Check activities.
Process CAPA documentation within the electronic systems.
Serve as a facilitatorand/or delegate forthe CAPA Review Board as needed.
Communicate reminders & CAPA actions needed to personnel at all levels within the organization.
Leadcontinuous improvement activities within the CAPA process.
Update procedures and other documentation as needed to ensure continued compliance with regulations.

MinimumRequirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline or scientific discipline (e.g.Chemistry, Biology, Physics) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years' experience with CAPA and root cause investigations.
Minimum 3 years' quality or equivalent experience, working in medical device industry or other highly regulated industry, or equivalent experience.

As a French-speaking Institutional Sales Relationship Manager, you will be an important asset to Fisher Investments Europe's Institutional sales efforts. Your efforts will include providing strategic coverage of institutional prospective clients up to a specific size within a specific territory (e.g. institutional investors, including corporate and public pension plans, endowments, foundations, hospital organisations, nuclear decommissioning trusts, financial institutions, defined contribution service providers, and multi-employer plans). Reporting to our Head of Institutional Sales, you will partner with our Senior Sales Relationship Manager to build relationships with plan decision makers and consultants, meet face-to-face, and present to Institutional prospective clients. Your efforts will give Fisher the opportunity to close business with some of the world's largest pensions, foundations, endowments, and corporations.
The Day-to-Day:
* Communicate with external partners and institutional team members to efficiently coordinate with Sales Relationship Managers and deploy the firm's business development resources and orchestrate the institutional sales process within an assigned territory
* Ensure accurate, regularly updated information about prospect personnel, decision-making processes, and search activity is recorded in the firm's proprietary systems

Your Qualifications:
