Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology from an ABET-accredited institution.

  • 15+ years of progressive civil/transportation engineering experience, including 5+ years leading complex transportation projects.

The Role:

Data is one of Beazley's greatest assets and this roles is critical to supporting our Distribution and Marketing insights, which includes Customer, Broker and Marketing data. We're seeking a strategic and technically savvy Data Product Manager to lead the strategy, development and evolution of data products and insights that empower our distribution and marketing teams. This role is critical to aligning our data, unlocking insights, and informing growth opportunities across our specialty portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the global Distribution and Marketing team to understand, prioritize and develop data products and insights that support their business strategy.

  • Build and own a roadmap to provide regular updates on delivery commitments for data products, insights, enhancements and queries.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships to support the growth strategy for Beazley customers, brokers, teams and products.

  • Produce insights and key data trendsthat highlight business performance, RoI, efficiencies and game-changing growth opportunities.

  • Inspire the adoption and use of insights to drive decisions in investment and operations that improve efficiency and drive growth by leading demonstrations and hands on training sessions.

  • Ensure that data product development considers policy, methodology and standards, and ensure these are adhered to during product development.

  • Evaluate the performance of your data product portfolio against KPIs defined by the business and provide feedback on the value delivered.

  • Proactively anticipate business needs and look for opportunities to bring innovation or new approaches into the user design, experience, product development and insights.

  • Relentlessly focus on the Distribution and Marketing team as a customer, delivering high quality data and insights that are clear and inspire action.

  • Partner with the Data Governance Group and CRM solution team (Customer Relationship Management) to drive improvements in our Customer and Broker data quality through MDM and other tools.

Salary for this role will be tailored to the successful individual's location and experience. The expected compensation range for this position is $130,000-$150,000 per year plus discretionary annual bonus.

    • Take a deep dive into how the Six Flags budget is developed and then follow how this team connects with Park Leaders in trend analysis and forecasting.
    • Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis to help Park leaders make informed strategic decisions.
  • Capital and Project Accounting
    • Learn how capital investment projects and budgets are developed, how this team tracks adherence to budget and how construction in progress (CIP) is transacted to a fixed asset in the general ledger.
  • Payroll
    • Observe how multi-state/multi-national payroll is compiled and completed in a timely manner for thousands of associates and how associated government reports are completed and filed.
    • See how Park teams monitor and approve associate work time, how the Workforce Management team assists in scheduling and maximizing labor productivity and how a partnership with Human Resources is critical in compliance.
  • Revenue Accounting
    • Become proficient in completing the daily revenue accounting process by importing and validating data between Point of Sale (POS) systems and accounting systems.
    • Compile, review, and distribute daily operational reports to park leadership.
    • Assist in the reconciliation of assigned Revenue balance sheet accounts.
  • Treasury
    • Assist in identifying and reducing fraud related to Treasury Services where response time is critical and must be managed immediately or assist in daily credit card reconciliation and balancing to the bank statement and internal systems, assist with investigating all discrepancies and preparing journal vouchers.

The Construction Estimator will be responsible for accurate quantity surveys, preparation of subcontractor and vendor work scopes, quote analysis, and estimating the cost of self-perform work. General Summary of Position:


As an Offer Management Pricing Analyst at Granite Telecommunications, the role will focus on coordinating the company's efforts in creating customer quote proposals. Offer Management Pricing Analyst's will work closely with the Premier and Sales Department to ensure pricing accuracy of all quote proposals and meeting the pricing needs of current or potential customers. The responsibilities will encompass various stages of the quote process, from gathering relevant data to engaging with customers to understand their concerns, requirements, and product preferences. Additionally, leading the creation of the quote proposal and putting together the financial margin for each quote proposal.


An important aspect of the position will be the capability to understand multiple aspects and details that go into each quote proposal, and the overall solution or ask of the customer. The Offer Management Pricing Analyst will participate in internal calls to review the final quote proposal or discuss any aspects that require further evaluation. Effective communication skills via email, phone, and in-person interactions are necessary for conveying and receiving messages.


Collaboration with multiple teams, including Sales, Premier, Solution Engineers, Legal, and other members of the Finance Department will be pertinent to this role. This collaboration will help ensure coordinated and cross-functional responses to each quote proposal. In addition, to managing quote proposal requests, you will be responsible for addressing daily inquiries received via email, corresponding with previous or potential customers, and handling team and individual-based tasks.


The role of the Offer Management Pricing Analyst is crucial in creating and evaluating the financial impact of each quote proposal. Strict business and products rules will need to be followed to ensure the deal is beneficial for both the customers and Granite. The Pricing Analyst will play a vital role in making informed pricing decisions throughout working the quote proposal process.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Ability to define the customer's need while coordinating with the Sales and Premier team to gather comprehensive information about the pricing and solution requirements.
  • Work with solution engineers to analyze the customer's requirements to ensure the proper solution is quoted.
  • Collaborate with the Legal Team to ensure pricing terms and requirements are incorporated into the customers LOA or MSA.
  • Create and review quote proposals and margin analysis that take into consideration any financial implications of the proposed solution and share these details with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the quoting process, including sales, solution engineers, legal, and customers.
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Close attention to detail and strive for a high level of accuracy on all quote proposals.

General Summary of Position:


This position is for a telecommunications, structured cabling, and technology Field Service Technician. The job will consist of completing various cable runs, hardware moves, adds, changes and "smart hands" installations for Granite customers, primarily within a 50-mile service area radius. The technician will also be responsible for leading subcontracted crews on larger projects in the area. Company vehicle provided. Technician will directly report to a remote supervisor.


Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Communicate effectively with the NI team members and departments that schedule each service call
  • Complete basic structured cabling repairs and new installations according to industry standard practices
  • Smart Hands installations and maintenance with various technology platforms and changing SOW's
  • Provide all required job and project deliverables within 24 hours or otherwise specified in an SOW
  • Keep company vehicle clean and serviced properly
  • Keep all materials & tools stocked. Accountability maintained through scheduled inventory counts.

Required Qualifications:



  • 5-10 years structured cabling experience
  • Ability to tone and test copper wiring / analog dial tone
  • Ability to terminate and test Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A cablings
  • Ability to terminate and test Coax cabling
  • Ability to patch and roll fiber
  • Laptop skills (Excel, Putty/Hyper Terminal for ability to allow remote session to engineer / NOC)
