Job Description
- Manage non-conformances, including conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensuring proper resolution and documentation.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by automating measurement techniques, simplifying SPC requirements, clarifying work instructions, and evaluating processes for efficiency.
- Support validation and qualification efforts internally and with suppliers as defined in the Validation Master Plan, including equipment qualification, process validation, PFMEAs, and risk assessments, while maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Facilitate technology transfer activities with suppliers by developing quality plans, sampling plans, process controls, and test methods to ensure smooth production transitions with accurate documentation.
- Perform statistical analyses such as process capability studies, GRR (Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility), DOE (Design of Experiments), and risk analysis to control processes and reduce quality costs.
- Participate in and support Design and Process FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) activities, including updating risk management files and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Provide manufacturing support by troubleshooting production issues, analyzing defects, developing inspection methods, and overseeing calibration, verification, and maintenance of measuring equipment.
- Collaborate with QC Inspectors to select and manage appropriate metrology equipment for production needs.
- Manage document control processes, including the creation and maintenance of engineering change orders (ECOs), work instructions, and other quality system documentation to ensure compliance with QSR and ISO standards.
- Maintain ongoing compliance through process optimization, re-validation activities, and accurate record-keeping in alignment with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams, validation projects, and quality reviews to meet organizational goals and drive quality initiatives.
- Manage and improve key quality metrics, support CAPA processes for production-related issues, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Contribute to departmental goals and objectives by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, material science, chemistry, and/or manufacturing
- 5+ years quality engineering experience in certified quality engineering, quality assurance, or a related role in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or manufacturing).
- 5+ years' experience producing technical documents, such as quality plans, KPls at defined timeline, risk management in NCR and PFMEA for the quality system and formal procedures and/or work instruction
- 5+ years’ experience with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485) and FDA regulatory guidelines (e.g., 21 CFR Part 820, 21 CFR Part 211)
- Experience in leading supplier audits, nonconformance investigations, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams with strong customer focus
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) particularly Excel where advanced skills are a plus (Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are required)

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Glazing Engineer is responsible for the completion of high quality façade, curtain wall and glazing system projects on time, within budget and within scope. This role will oversee all aspects of a project from start to finish by coordinating efforts involving the internal team, subcontractors, vendors, and owners/developers. The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, adjusting to changing priorities from various directives, and communicate effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees the design development and coordination of custom curtain wall and glazing systems, translating architectural intent into engineered, buildable, and fully coordinated façade solutions. Capable of leading multiple projects and supervising engineers.
- Know and comply with all federal, state, local building codes, ordinances and regulations, maintaining the highest standards for safety and quality.
- Manage relationships with all internal and external parties in order to determine specifications of the project, resolve conflict, and support success.
- Establish project schedule and delegate project tasks based on staff strengths, skills, and experience.
- Secure and allocate all resources needed for the completion of the project including building permits, licenses, materials, equipment.
- Negotiate, manage and communicate changes to contract scope, schedule and costs.
- Plan and execute inspections, assess design compliance and quality, minimize risk.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Regularly confer with supervisors to monitor and report on compliance, quality and productivity.
- Be a strong team leader, build synergy within and across the team, and develop individuals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in façade, curtain wall, or glazing system engineering within a design-build or design-assist environment
- Strong understanding of building envelope design, structural behavior, waterproofing, and thermal performance
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools; familiarity with façade testing standards (ASTM, AAMA, NFRC)
- Experience coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and fabricators through design, procurement, and installation
- Skilled in technical documentation, submittal review, and field problem-solving
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary project teams

Production & Efficiency Management

- At least five years working within mission-critical environments, with solid hands-on exposure to colocation and multi-tenant data center projects specifically.
- Confident in power systems analysis and the software tools that come with it.
- Practical experience across the full electrical distribution stack — from high voltage transformers down to branch circuits — covering design, procurement, commissioning, and operations.
- Comfortable working across disciplines and engaging with structural, mechanical, civil, and IT/Telecom teams as needed.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Engagement Manager– Digital Health Experience to lead the deployment, adoption, and engagement optimization of mobile digital health applications within the U.S. healthcare ecosystem. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong experience in launching digital health platforms, managing deployments, and driving sustained patient engagement through data-driven engagement strategies.
The ideal candidate will have experience deploying consumer-facing healthcare applications used by patients across providers and payer organizations, while leveraging engagement tools and analytics platforms to improve patient adoption, retention, and usage metrics such as DAU/MAU.
This role will work closely with product, engineering, digital marketing, and care management teams to ensure successful rollout of mobile applications and to design engagement loops that increase patient participation and long-term platform usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead deployment and rollout of mobile digital health applications across healthcare provider or payer environments.
- Manage end-to-end implementation and project management of digital health platforms, ensuring successful launches and smooth adoption by patient populations.
- Design and implement patient engagement strategies and engagement loops to drive consistent application usage and retention.
- Utilize engagement platforms such as , Intercom, Mixpanel, or similar tools to design communication workflows, patient messaging, and engagement campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize digital engagement metrics, including DAU, MAU, retention rates, and user engagement trends.
- Analyze user behavior data and analytics to improve patient onboarding, engagement journeys, and digital experience.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to continuously enhance patient engagement features and workflows.
- Coordinate with healthcare stakeholders to ensure digital tools align with clinical workflows and patient care programs.
