Job Description:

The Sr Designer and Engineer is responsible for translating the intent and scope of sold projects to which they are assigned into three key components:

• Executable Designs 
• Translate project intent into solutions that are highly functional and aligned with client goals
• Apply creativity within constraints to ensure designs meet standards while being practical
• Collaborate with sales and PMs to ensure designs reflect real project budgets and timelines
• Build with the end user in mind—simple control of serious capability 
• Use proven standards while adapting to unique client requirements

• Accurate Drawings 
• Deliver drawings that are easy to follow for installers, trades, and technicians
• Minimize ambiguity with consistent STRAY standard labeling and formatting
• Ensure a reliable workflow for revision so teams always have most current plans
• Standardize where possible—but adapt where needed to client-specific or space-specific demands
• Drive efficiency in the field by keeping the installer in mind when drawing
• Do the above within a structure for keeping due dates and “do dates” clear

Statement of Success:

Success in this role will be evident through consistent, high-quality outcomes across the entire Systems Integration team; from pre-sales engineering through final commissioning..  Clients will receive the solution they were promised—no matter the size or complexity of the project.

Our Consumer Manufacturing Client is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their team in Lititz, PA. This individual will be supporting a MES implementation to support shop floor with change management, system roll outs, troubleshooting of the systems, tracking deliverables and milestones, and communicating to upper management on progress. They will be working on the Manufacturing floor as well as in an office setting to work on the implementation to 13 platforms and 12 packaging lines. A lot of time will be spent with change management.

Compensation:

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

The Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager that will provide leadership and direction for successful data center project completion. The Project Manager will provide a keen focus on the quality delivery and profitability of the job by planning, scheduling, and managing the project team while ensuring that the schedule and project goals for the job are met. • Ensures all jobs in the shop and plant area are completed in a proficient and safe manner

• Ensures all personal protective equipment is used as needed
• Monitors garage / plant for supply stock and cleanliness
• Establishes & maintains effective communication / coordination with staff & management:
• Coordinate with dispatch / drivers to schedule routine maintenance & discuss problems

• Inform management of area activities & significant problems

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Mechanical knowledge of tools and machines, including their uses, repair, & maintenance required
• Valid Class A CDL strongly preferred
• 1-5 years' related experience preferred

• 7+ years of progressive security engineering experience across Security Architecture, Cryptography, Network, Cloud, Mobile, and Web Security.
• Skilled in Secure Development Lifecycle, Security by Design, and Shift Left methodologies.
• Proficient in Threat Modeling, Architecture Review, Penetration Testing, Code Review, SAST, and DAST.
• Strong scripting abilities in languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby, and PowerShell.
• Adept at applying security best practices for compliance, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
