Power the data centers, hospitals, and other mission-critical facilities of tomorrow-designing both rugged rental products and stationary generator-set packages that keep them online. As an Engineering Detailer/Drafter you'll work in a unique manufacturing and dealer environment, leveraging AutoCAD and Inventor skills to create and detail drawings for parts, weldments and assemblies.

• Create clear 2D/3D drawings for skids, bases, enclosures, fuel/cooling/exhaust, and wiring layouts using company CAD standards.
• Turn engineer/customer inputs into buildready fabrication drawings and BOMs.
• Work with Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and the Fab Shop to resolve questions and keep drawings productionready.
• Keep drawing sets current-apply redlines, revisions, and asbuilt updates; maintain files and version control.

• 2+ years of experience with Inventor and Autocad in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Caterpillar toolsets (CAT ET, CAT Monitoring Software, SIS Web, TMI, EDDC) is highly desirable.

Seeking an Operations Manager to lead end-to-end execution of wire harness design & manufacturing programs (similar to heavy equipment/OEM projects), ensuring seamless coordination between engineering, production, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operations for wire harness design-to-production programs
• Coordinate with design engineering teams on routing, BOMs, and release activities
• Oversee prototype builds, validation, and production launch
• Drive production planning, quality, and on-time delivery

Required Skills:

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

* Performs expert level break-fix & preventive maintenance, and/or design of mechanical, and electrical equipment improvements as well as complex systems as the employee's job specialty requires. Provides troubleshooting support on equipment and technical support on production lines as appropriate for the employee's job specialty. Maintains in-depth technical knowledge of numerous systems as the employee's job specialty requires. Performs research and procedures as the employee's job specialty requires.

* Programs, troubleshoots and analyzes complex control systems to resolve in-depth software/ hardware and configuration problems.

* Utilizes predictive equipment and interprets results for analysis, equipment condition assessment, troubleshooting and proactive maintenance. Including but not limited to infrared thermography, ultrasonic testing, power quality analysis, laser interferometry, ball bar, and vibration analysis.

* Leads, drives and participates in CI activities--processes, results and cost savings using CI tools and methodology.

* Identifies and sources parts, supplies and repair items as necessary. Suggests alternative items and engineered solutions to improve reliability.

* Independently performs maintenance as per industry standards.

* Complies with 5S and housekeeping standards.
