Our client, a nationwide insurer providing auto, home, small business, life, and specialty insurance products, is actively hiring. This position will handle inbound calls (warm leads), to assess customer needs, and recommend the best-fit options to customers that have requested quotes online. *There will be no cold calling!!

Pay Rate: Pay Rate: $21/hr (negotiable depending experience)+ commissions + benefits

• uncapped performance-based Monthly incentive aprox $25k-30k realistic for the 1st year.

1 week of New Employee Orientation, 4 weeks of licensing training and self-study, 1 week to pass tests, 2-3 weeks of technical/product knowledge training, and then 4 weeks of pod/nesting training.

• They have to score 90% or higher to pass the licensing tests - 2 chances!!

Post Training Schedule:

• Hybrid, M-W in office and Th-F at home.
• Monday-Friday 6am-5:30pm MST Full-time- 40 hours/week;
• Overtime optional on Saturdays

Duties

• Sell insurance products to inbound callers by gathering data from customers to generate quotes and ultimately bind the business; in some instances, make outbound calls to optimize sales potential.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships, while educating customers regarding coverages and cost so that the customer can select the most appropriate option
• Qualify customers as buyers of other products/services to create cross-sell and upselling opportunities
• Navigate multiple computer systems while seamlessly interacting with the customer

About the Vertex Hub:

The Vertex Hub is our centralized digital platform designed to serve as the primary engagement channel between schools and Vertex service teams. It consolidates service requests, workflows, communication, and visibility into a single, unified experience. The platform spans multiple service lines and is expected to support significant transaction volume across schools.

Because the Hub sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and client experience, product decisions require close alignment with service leaders and executive stakeholders. This role translates cross-functional priorities into a focused roadmap while ensuring the end-user experience remains simple, intuitive, and high-value.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Product Definition & Client Advocacy:

• Translate stakeholder needs, client feedback, and user analytics into clear feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Champion a user-centric approach by creating wireframes and prototypes to validate design concepts with clients and internal teams.
• Act as the voice of the school client, grounding prioritization decisions in user value and experience simplicity.
• Maintain clear product documentation, including feature specifications and process flows, ensuring a reliable source of truth.

2. Roadmap & Backlog Management:

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, managing the intake and prioritization of feature requests from multiple service lines.
• Facilitate prioritization meetings with service leaders, using objective scoring models to build consensus and align the backlog with strategic goals.
• Manage the sprint planning process, ensuring the team has a clear and committed set of priorities and a well-groomed backlog for each development cycle.
• Prepare and present roadmap updates and scope change proposals to leadership, clearly articulating the rationale to secure required approvals.

3. Execution Discipline & Delivery Systems:

• Design and refine the operating system that moves ideas from request to shipped value, preventing reactive fire-drills and protecting team focus.
• Establish lightweight but disciplined intake, discovery, sprint, and release practices that create clarity without unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with a focus on throughput, dependency management, and continuous improvement.
• Break large initiatives into shippable increments that allow early value delivery and rapid learning.
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and related artifacts.

4. Stakeholder Communication & Change Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal service teams regarding platform capabilities, feature requests, and release timelines.
• Develop and execute communication plans for all platform updates, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress, changes, and user impact.
• Partner with service leaders to create training materials and lead change management efforts that drive successful adoption of new features by internal teams.
• Act as the primary contact for external technology vendors and integration partners, managing relationships and technical requirements for the platform.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Required Qualifictions:

• Proven experience in a product management role, taking software features from concept to launch.
• Demonstrated ability to champion the end-user, using client feedback, user research, and data to inform product decisions.
• Experience defining and implementing product development processes, including feature intake, prioritization, and backlog management.
• Strong facilitation skills with experience managing requirements and competing priorities from multiple senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories in a project management tool like Asana or Jira.
• Practical fluency using generative AI tools to accelerate the creation of product artifacts like user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the 'why' behind product decisions to a variety of audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on B2B software, internal tools, or client-facing service platforms.
• Direct experience leading change management initiatives to drive adoption of new software and processes with internal teams.

• This position reports to a manufacturing engineering group leader along with Manufacturing Engineering Technicians, Senior Manufacturing Engineering Technicians, Manufacturing Engineer/Programmers, Associate Manufacturing Engineers and Senior Manufacturing Engineers. Applying learned engineering techniques, the incumbent independently evaluates, selects and applies standard manufacturing engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria. He/She uses judgment in developing, adapting and modifying manufacturing engineering procedures.
  
• In pre-production and production phases of a program, the Mfg. Engineer will determine manufacturing procedures, establish operation sequencing, prepare tooling and gauging lists, prepare and proveout N/C programs and write detailed operation sheets to produce complex machined parts and sub-assemblies to meet engineering drawings. He/She will also prepare engineered or estimated time standards for setup and run hours for each operation.
  
• The incumbent provides technical support to the production shops solving problems and improving processes associated with the parts he/she is responsible for. These problems may arise for any number of reasons such as tooling, machine tool, gauging, heat treating, and plating. The solution of these problems may require the Manufacturing Engineer's decision alone, or could result in contacting and working with other members of the Manufacturing Engineering Department, Client Product or Design Engineers, Quality Assurance personnel, M & P Engineers, Inspectors, Production supervision, Purchasing, Production Scheduling, or client's vendors.
  
• As a result, the Manufacturing Engineer must not only possess the human relations skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of people, but must also have the initiative to contact and coordinate with other groups when a problem solution so requires. The incumbent will be required to use computer systems in preparing operation sheets, N/C programs and standards. Job Summary

The Power Quality Technician, Level III is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the quality of electrical power in commercial and industrial environments. This technician ensures that electrical systems operate efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include identifying and resolving issues such as voltage fluctuations, harmonic distortion, transients, and power surges that can compromise the performance or lifespan of electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform primary injection, insulation, and contact resistance on low voltage circuit breakers. Adjust circuit breaker settings based on customer needs.
• Troubleshoot air leaks in equipment and facilities.
• Conduct infrared thermography inspections on electrical equipment.
• Detect partial discharge on live electrical equipment.
• Conduct electrical load studies for customers for them to accurately track power usage.
• Install power monitors to find electrical mishaps or power quality issues.
• Perform panel assessment to map circuits for potential shutdowns.
• Execute electrical equipment field audits.
• Perform electrical QA/QC using NEC code, City requirements, and customer specification.
• Confirm that installations match drawings and documents.
• Document and report installation deficiencies found in the field.
• Work with Contractors, General Contractors, system owners, and Authority Having Jurisdiction to resolve quality issues.
• Review and audit electrical testing documentation.
• Attend all associated coordination/planning/reporting/construction meetings.
• Prioritize, organize, and execute work scope in a timely fashion.

Skills & Qualifications

• Certification or degree in electrical engineering, electrical technology, or a related field.
