About the Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service in point of sale and customer services processes while focusing on consistent execution and operational efficiency. You will deliver speed of service transactions while creating a compelling customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and properly handle different methods of payment
• Accurately and efficiently execute point of sale and customer service standards based on company guidelines providing courteous, friendly, fast and efficient service
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty)
• Support inventory accuracy through accurate completion of all required point of sale and merchandise disposition practices
• Support the training process for new hires on the service team, including teaching process best practices, proper point of sale procedures, using available tools and resources while meeting Kohl's brand standards
• Participate in daily service processes (e.g., register and cash balancing, change orders, replenish supplies)

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two person lift.
• Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise.
• Ability to comply with health and safety standards.

Pay Starts At: $12.50

• Experienced flatbed CDL-A drivers
• Dedicated regional route

GREAT PAY PACKAGE

• Earn $0.60 to $0.71 per mile, depending on experience
• Earn $1,476.41 - $2,443.44 per week depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service
• Full pay package also includes other accessorial compensation to include tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as appropriate

PAID ORIENTATION

• We host you in our office in Spokane, Washington. Airfare, single-occupancy room, breakfast, and lunch are all on us! Dinner is your time to explore what Spokane has to offer.
• Arrive Monday, and get your truck by Saturday. Its that easy!

• REQUIRED: Must have a valid Class A drivers license (CDL-A)

Highway Intelligent Traffic Solutions (HITS) is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join our team in Cedar Hill, TX. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys diving into plans and specifications and thrives in a deadline-driven, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate, and timely estimates for all quote/bid opportunities.
• Develop and submit formal proposals for TxDOT, NTTA, and various municipal entities.
• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and DOT standards.
• Create detailed pricing estimates based on historical data and industry standards.
• Identify and document any deviations or clarifications from bid requests.
• Track bid status and maintain records of bid/award performance.
• Communicate estimates and pricing details clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and price change orders.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop purchase orders in support of project bids.
• Maintain and grow technical knowledge through workshops and ongoing training.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• TxDOT experience required.
• Familiarity with Traffic Signals & ITS Installations, Large Roadway Signs, Illumination & Electrical work.

Education & Experience
