As the Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you will be responsible for assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments and adaptive equipment, and other occupational therapy needs as defined by medical conditions.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Provides service within the scope of practice as defined by the state laws governing the practice of Occupational Therapy, in accordance with the plan of care, using evidence-based techniques, and in coordination with other members of the health care team
* Evaluates the patient's functional status, status of all body systems as required for CMS documentation, and occupational therapy needs. Consults with the physician in the development of the therapy plan of care
* Observes, records, and reports to the nurse supervisor and the physician the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition
* Conducts patient assessments evaluating the level of function by applying diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests

The Teller Floater is responsible for assisting all members with their financial needs. This is a front-line role responsible for delivering outstanding service and support to members through various channels, including in-person, by video, by phone, and through text and digital messaging. This position floats to various branches/departments performing a variety of financial transactions and supporting both lobby and teller operations. Our ideal candidate has a positive, can-do attitude, and is a problem-solver with strong member service skills. A Day in the Life of a Teller Floater INCLUDE:
- Serving as a member experience concierge for members via various channels, including those entering the branch and those being serviced by video, phone and through text and digital messaging.
- Performing routine member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing.
- Assisting members in the opening and closing of accounts.
- Balancing the teller drawer at the end of the day.
- Supporting ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) operations and serving as a knowledgeable resource.
- Promoting and cross-selling Pelican products and services to members to fit their financial needs.
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
Teller Floater Skills and qualifications include:
- Minimum of 1 year of continuous job experience.
