This role will support the Chief General Counsel and broader business by providing legal guidance across financing, compliance, commercial contracts, energy-related matters, and construction projects. Pete Job Details You will be joining a team of engineers to identify, develop, and implement product and technology-based solutions to increase operational efficiency, improve accuracy, and support platform adoption.
You are someone who has experience building client-facing end-to-end cloud-native platforms utilizing the Microsoft stack and Azure.
You will initially be tasked with evaluating the current platform architecture from a tactical level and determining opportunities for code optimization and improving the overall code base and architecture of the platform.
You will then transition into building new features and designing systems, and integrating with the product team to ensure delivery of applications and platform updates.

How Will You Make An Impact?
Monitor the quality and efficiency performance for assigned manufacturing line(s). Drive continuous improvement through process development, root cause analysis and systematic problem solving; utilize data from CIQ, TARS and other sources as appropriate.
Location:
This role will be based on-site at our JDAS Aerospace & Defense manufacturing facility in St. Petersburg, FL.
What Will You Do?
· Continually strive to balance and optimize line throughput, including efforts to minimize changeover downtime (i.e. common set-ups).
· Monitor machine management data in order to maximize utilization and minimize machine-generated scrap.
· Provide input on creative ways to reduce costs by streamlining processes and systems.
· Create and maintain coating, staking and underfill equipment and programs
· Ensure that process parameters are within acceptable tolerances for products and components, and result in solder quality that meets IPC-610B requirements (or other applicable standard).
· Design and / or procure production tooling, and product-specific fixtures and jigs. This role is not limited to but will lean more to the coating, staking and underfill process of PCB manufacturing.
· Coordinate line reconfigurations and machine move activities, including equipment arrival, positioning and installation, and scheduling of support groups (Machine Support, Facilities, MIS, etc.) using the approved communication process.
· Verify that machine maintenance is performed as scheduled on assigned line(s).
· Encourage open communication and exchange of information within the M.E. department and between the various support groups.
· Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
· Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
How Will You Get Here?
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline or a related field preferred.
Experience:
· 2-5+ years of related manufacturing engineering experience.
· Aerospace and defense (or similar industry) experience is a nice plus.
· Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.
