Primary Function:
The International Captain functions as the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) of the aircraft on both Domestic and International missions. The Captain has direct responsibility for the safe operation of all aircraft assigned to him/her. The Captain is responsible for compliance with applicable company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and local, federal, and State regulations. S/he has responsible for the safety and comfort of all passengers and crew, as well as the timely operation of the flight.
Essential Roles, Responsibilities, & Accountabilities:
• The International Captain functions as the PIC of his/her assigned aircraft. The International Captain reports directly to the Director of Aviation | Lead Pilot. The Person
Required:
10 years of full-time professional experience in construction/project management of commercial or public/educational facilities
3 years managing complex projects valued over $10 million
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management
OR a bachelor's degree in another field with a commitment to earn a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential within one year
OR possession of a valid CCM credential in lieu of a degree
Preferred:
Experience with Design-Build, BIM, LEED/CHPS projects
Familiarity with DSA processes and OSHA 30 safety regulations
Licensed Architect or Professional Engineer in California

Interact within company and external suppliers in the detection and resolution of quality problems.
Determine and implement effective correction actions, utilizing one or more methodologies (5 Whys, A3, 8D), as required to avoid repeat non-conformances.
Provide input and approve manufacturing routings, ensuring mandatory inspection points are adequately defined and appropriately placed.
Serve as an active member of the Material Review Board and disposition hardware in accordance with internal and customer requirements.
Develops customer quality systems procedures, inspection plans, tracks quality performance trends, and lead FMEA and Corrective action activities, create control plans and conduct statistical analysis as required.
Utilizes continuous improvement tools and methodologies for improvement of processes that comprise of the Quality Management System.
Represents Company by interfacing with various internal and external customers to support on-site visits including supporting activities such as: audits, assessments and new product introductions and source inspections.
Develops and coordinates corrective actions submissions as required.
