Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including budget, schedule, scope, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint; experience with Primavera or construction management software a plus.
• Demonstrated experience managing CPM schedules, budgets, and documentation (RFIs, submittals, cost tracking).
• Proven ability to lead project teams and communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and contractors.
• OSHA safety training preferred.
• Experience with federal, state, or large-scale infrastructure contracts a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Performs Methods Engineering analysis including process design, time and motion studies.

Participates in I.E. projects and programs within areas of responsibility.

Assists in the implementation of these projects into business with quality tools, supporting processes and ongoing measures for success.

The Quality Director is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s quality management program, including inspection, testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement over 3 manufacturing sites. Qualifications:

• The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $65,000 - 75,000. The Role
