The Mission Critical Center of Excellence manages billions of dollars in projects annually, specializing in data center and mission-critical construction for leading technology and telecommunications clients across the United States. Responsibilities:

Department and Staff Management:

• Assign Estimating team members to projects. Balance and manage time of staff.

Unit Cost Pricing:

• Solicit material prices from suppliers.
• Obtain current labor rates.
• Prepare unit prices by "Building the Project in your Head."

• Review all unit pricing on projects prepared by the Estimator. Make changes as required.
• Understand the influence of market conditions on pricing.
• Track all current market conditions.

Bid Activities:

• Review or compile GC's with the Senior Estimator and review with senior management.
• Assure on time delivery of bids and estimates, reviewing final plans and specifications with the Estimating team.
• Review of subcontractor selection and scopes and subcontractor/trade close outs on bid day.
• Review scope sheets and pricing with Estimating team members, ensuring that trade summary ties into bid form.
• Close out the subcontractor bid process.
• Review plans and specs with the lead Estimator.
• Assist the lead Estimator in directing additional staff assignments on bid day.
• Manage bid day activities by ensuring completion of bid forms, managing the clock and trying to develop a competitive advantage.
• Follow up with the client regarding bid results.
• Make Subcontractor, A/E fees, overhead, and fee recommendations to upper management.
• Identify pre-construction fees for Suffolk, where applicable

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field
• 15+ years of experience estimating Mission Critical projects

Responsibilities of the Construction Supervisor:

· The primary point of contact on the jobsite, responsible for all subcontractors from the first shovel to the client move-in.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience

• 1-5 years of experience in automation, preferably with embedded systems

• Demonstrated proficiency writing code for automation with one or more of the following: Python, Javascript, C/C++

• Experience with version control such as Git, Perforce, etc

• Knowledge on data instrumentation and telemetry for Software Quality

• This role requires commuting distance to our main engineering office in Boston. Qualified candidates must be able to be in our office at least once a week. (#LI-Hybrid)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with REST and/or Websocket based APIs

• Experience with CI/CD build and release pipelines: Github Actions, Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, etc

• Experience with the following technologies:

  • Embedded, Restful API and Cloud automation testing tools in a B2B model

  • OpenAPI Specifications, Data Telemetry and Code Instrumentation

  • Test Automation Frameworks in Python

  • JIRA

  • Kubernetes and Docker containerization

  • Linux as a development platform

  • Tableau, Kibana, DataDog and other system reliability and quality tracking tools

Digital Product Manager – Personalization Intelligence

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Product Manager – Personalization Intelligence to lead the next evolution of our data-driven personalization strategy. This is a high-impact transformation role responsible for scaling intelligent, model-driven personalization across all member touchpoints — including site, app, email, push, SMS, and emerging channels.

You will define and drive the roadmap that powers how millions of members experience BJ’s — delivering measurable incremental revenue, stronger loyalty, and deeper engagement through advanced personalization capabilities.

This role sits at the intersection of product, data science, engineering, marketing, and digital — translating business strategy into scalable machine learning–powered solutions.

What You’ll Own

Personalization Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Personalization Intelligence across all customer touchpoints.
• Drive clarity in business goals, measurable outcomes, and prioritization tied to incremental revenue and engagement.
• Lead the transformation from campaign-based targeting to intelligent, model-driven personalization at scale.

ML-Powered Personalization Capabilities

• Partner closely with Data Science to design, build, and scale: Recommendation systems, Propensity and propensity-to-buy models, Predictive engagement and churn models
• Own the end-to-end ML model lifecycle from ideation and business case through training, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization
• Translate model outputs into actionable, testable personalization strategies.

Experimentation & Measurement

• Define clear hypotheses and testing frameworks to measure incremental lift.
• Collaborate with analytics to establish robust tracking, experimentation design, and performance reporting.
• Monitor and interpret key ML performance metrics and business KPIs.
• Own and deliver the product roadmap for Personalization Intelligence, driving clarity in goal definition, accountability for business outcomes, and focused execution.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Product Management experience
• Demonstrated experience delivering personalization, recommendation systems, Propensity/propensity-to-buy models, and other predictive models
• Retail or e-commerce experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and experience working with Stakeholders (data science, engineering, business)
• Strong product discovery, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
