Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Lead the full project lifecycle. From preconstruction and design coordination through factory production, site preparation, installation, and project closeout.

General Summary of Position:
As a NOC Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining our clients' network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Your expertise in SD-WAN networking and firewall management will be essential in proactively identifying and resolving network issues and implementing appropriate solutions. Our agency client is seeking an Experiential Designer/Exhibit Designer who will responsible for producing accurate construction drawings for new or modified exhibit components for shop carpenters and supplying setup instructions for all booth components for use by the on-site show supervisor.
This is a full-time direct hire role that is on-site in Whitinsville, MA.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate shop/construction drawings
- Create detailed setup prints to include booth and property locations, electrical and networking requirements, hanging banner locations, carpet layouts, etc
- Create 3D parts files for use on the CNC router

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning, procurement and scheduling materials using “just-in-time” methodology. Works with other departments on issues revolving around planning, costs, quality and inventory factors. Monitors costs and schedules. Assures goals and deadlines are met while attaining the best quality for best value.
- Ability to understand technical scope of work in TDP.
- Identifies methods for ensuring material cost parameters are maintained and/or improved.
- Reviews and monitors open order action reports.
- Assists in the development of standards and works with suppliers to guarantee quality of product and service are attained.
- Ability to solve technical issues, either individually or with departments support.
- Retrieves procurement information from company’s MRP (Materials Requisition Planning) system.
- Places material orders within 5 days of contract review.
- Orders placed in accordance with strategic plan.

Minimum Requirements

About the Role
This is an implementation and product support role — not a sales position.
You’ll onboard new SMB and Enterprise customers, migrate data from legacy systems, train operators through go-live, and provide ongoing system support. You’ll also work closely with our development team on bug tracking, testing, and software upgrades.
What You’ll Do
