Principal Azure Engineer, Platform & Delivery:

The Principal Azure Engineer, Platform & Delivery is a senior technical leader responsible for designing, building, and delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure solutions. This role combines deep hands-on Azure engineering expertise with ownership of delivery outcomes, often serving as the technical lead for initiatives without dedicated project management. The ideal candidate can translate complex or ambiguous business needs into secure, scalable Azure solutions and ensure they are executed predictably and effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Deep technical experience designing and operating high-availability, scalable infrastructure including networking, storage, virtualization, and identity.
• Developing and maintaining automated deployment modules using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
• Optimizing delivery pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) to ensure repeatable, secure platform services.
• Proven experience implementing enterprise Azure networking architectures.
• Experience migrating and modernizing workloads from on-premises environments to Azure.
• Implementing governance frameworks, RBAC, and security baselines using Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Azure Policy.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineers and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience defining and implementing monitoring and observability solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent Azure initiatives from intake and design through implementation and operational handoff.
• Act as the technical project lead for Azure initiatives where no formal project manager is assigned.
• Maintain visibility into all in-flight Azure work and provide regular status updates, risk reporting, and summaries.
• Coordinate work across infrastructure, security, networking, application, and vendor teams.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and blockers and drive resolution to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Balance speed, cost, risk, and compliance when making technical and delivery tradeoff decisions.
• Mentor and guide engineers, establishing technical standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation, architectural artifacts, and operational runbooks.
• Foster strong partnerships with application teams to enable successful Azure adoption.

Additional Skills and Experience:

• Deep proficiency in Azure compute (VMs, AKS), storage, networking (VNETs, NSGs), and identity (Microsoft Entra ID).
• Experience operating in regulated environments such as healthcare, financial services, or higher education, including frameworks like HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, or GDPR.
• Working knowledge of IT service management concepts.
• Experience with Azure Cost Management and FinOps practices.
• Strong problem investigation, root cause analysis, and decision-making skills.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior, architect-level, or principal cloud engineering role.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale Azure initiatives with multiple parallel workstreams.

Day to day:

The Job captain will be responsible for various projects that are in different phases of the production work flow and need to be completed by meeting project schedules, budget and quality standards. Will be managing the projects related to the permit sets, construction documents, master set construction documents, maintenance/creation and filling permit orders. Will be collaborating with counterparts in other groups such as Design and Engineering. Must be comfortable with a quick turn around time and able to manage the high volume. This role will NOT include designing

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or coursework in manufacturing/QA preferred
• Knowledge of CMM Manager a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in precision inspection roles
• Experience using MCOSMOS; QVPAK and MeasureLink strongly preferred
• Proficient in interpreting GD&T and engineering-level drawings
• Skilled with precision measuring instruments: calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.
• Strong documentation and report-writing skills

• Perform First Article Inspections and create FAIR reports
• Handle complex and critical part inspections using CMM and precision manual tools
• Identify and document quality issues and nonconformities
• Provide guidance to junior inspectors and help develop their technical inspection capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering on inspection-related input for traveler creation
• Assist other departments as needed to ensure workflow continuity

This position is responsible for the safe transportation of industrial and commercial parts and large equipment to and from various customer job locations and branch stores, while adhering to company safety regulations and state laws. This position has major responsibilities to ensure external and internal customer satisfaction. Qualified driver has more than (5) five years of experience and/or demonstrated job relevant knowledge/skills. Has a broad knowledge of the field's standard and technical concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of standard, complex, and technical tasks; is self-starting and requires minimal supervision. Must have a valid Class A CDL with the proper endorsements.

Essential Functions:

• Transports all equipment deliveries and pickups in a positive, caring manner while striving for promptness, accuracy and efficiency
• Secures equipment onto truck and ensures that materials meet state and federal guidelines for safe transport and vehicle capabilities. Assists other departments whenever required in an efficient manner
• Completes DOT required drivers daily log accurately and without misrepresentation
• Completes driver's daily inspection report, making recommendations for repair or maintenance, as well as being responsible for the clean appearance of company assigned vehicle
• On an accurate and timely basis, completes and submits all related documentation in order to maintain the established business systems / process and ensures that the company is achieving its business goals. (I.e. Rental agreements, equipment check out and check in reports, return receipts, pick up receipts, non-movement, permits, etc.)
• Ensures that all physical resources (overall shop appearance, staging area, tools, parts, inventory, personal hygiene, etc.) are maintained in clean, working order in order to ensure a safe working environment and exceptional customer satisfaction
• Perform pre- and post- vehicle inspection; Inspect truck for defects and safe operating condition, before, during, and after delivery trips
• Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards

• Three years' verifiable driving experience operating a 7 or 8 axle configuration truck required, five or more preferred

• Valid Texas Driver's License with Class A CDL required to include the ability to maintain the Valid Texas
• Texas Driver's License

Job Title : Oceanography Category / Component: Officer • Both Overview Oceanography (OCEANO) Officers, also called METOC, are the Navy's geophysical experts who understand and apply all facets of meteorology, oceanography, hydrography, bathymetry, geophysics, and precise time and astrometry.

Their mission is to define and apply the physical environment, from the bottom of the ocean to the stars, to ensure the U.S.

Navy has the freedom of action to deter aggression, maintain freedom of the seas, and win wars.

Key Responsibilities Provide timely and relevant support to fleet and joint operations by leading the collection, processing, prediction, exploitation, and dissemination of environmental data.

Ensure safety of navigation, access to denied waters, freedom to maneuver at will, and increase the lethality of Navy forces.

Lead teams ranging from small 3-4 person deployable units to large commands of over 400 personnel.

Serve as the one-of-one geophysical expert at an operational command.

Postgraduate education at the Naval Postgraduate School is required for officers at the LCDR level and senior, typically as mid-grade Lieutenants.

Promotions to LTJG and LT occur at 2 and 4 years of service, with competitive promotion opportunities to LCDR, CDR, CAPT, and Flag Officer ranks.

Requires a Baccalaureate degree, preferably in a technical field, with a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or greater.

Must have completed a full college calculus series (I and II) with a minimum 'C' average, and a college-level calculus-based physics series (I and II) with a minimum 'B' average.
