About the Manufacturing Engineer
We seek a proven individual contributor leader to join our take responsibility for Manufacturing Engineering team of the new Factory for our third-generation liquid desiccant air conditioner. Prior experience with Assembly, Electrical Systems, Brazing, Welding, Steel Fabrication and Paint are desired. The successful candidate will “get in at the ground floor” of our newly launched and funded business to ramp up build our manufacturing operation. They must be comfortable playing a leadership role, working across teams, and building the necessary organizational skills and structures in an early-stage startup, while still contributing directly to the successful launch of the new factory. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation for climate solutions and be a part of creating and launching cutting edge technology. Responsibilities
· Responsible to layout and upfit the new factory to meet all production requirements
· Specify, install, and commission production equipment
· Responsible to develop the work sequencing, work instructions, PFMEAs, and Control Plans
· Responsible to develop and implement MES Software
· Responsible to provide feedback to Product Development teams regarding DFA/DFM of new designs
· Participate in and contribute to the Manufacturing and Sourcing Strategy for the company
· Responsible to create and maintain labor routings in the ERP system
Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience with Process/Equipment Engineering in a Manufacturing Company
· Experience developing Work Sequence and Instructions for optimized labor utilization
· Experience designing and upfitting factories for optimized material storage and movement, especially in the context of rapid year-over-year growth of capacity and a high-mix low-volume production environment
· Basic knowledge of HVAC systems: sheet metal, compressors, heat exchangers, electrical controls
· Working knowledge of common manufacturing processes: weld, stamp, laser-cut, paint, soldering, assembly
· Working knowledge and experience with electrical controls/components: PLCs, sensors, VFDs, motors, etc
· Working knowledge and experience with common Quality systems preferable (PPAP, Control Plans, PFMEA, etc)
· Able to work on cross disciplinary teams (e.g., scientists, product engineers, sales, and sourcing)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills including documentation
· BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
· Six Sigma Certification preferred

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Production Associate 2 - Pre-Assembly Operator to support manufacturing operations within the pre-assembly area. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing components, assembling sub-assemblies, and staging materials required for downstream production processes. The Pre-Assembly Operator ensures that parts and assemblies are built accurately, safely, and efficiently to support overall production schedules and quality standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining production flow and ensuring materials and assemblies are ready for final assembly operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-Assembly Operations: Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions, engineering drawings, and production specifications to support final assembly operations.
Material Preparation: Gather, stage, and verify parts and materials required for pre-assembly tasks to ensure production readiness.
Tool & Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment used in pre-assembly processes.
Quality Checks: Inspect parts and completed sub-assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications; report any defects or inconsistencies.
Production Support: Assist with workstation setup, material replenishment, and line preparation to maintain efficient workflow in the pre-assembly area.
Documentation: Accurately complete production records, work orders, and inspection documentation as required.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and ensure safe operation of tools and equipment at all times.
Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workstation and production area in accordance with 5S standards and company policies.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure materials and assemblies are prepared to meet production schedules.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred
Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, or basic blueprints
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
This position may require standing for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks, bending, and lifting materials up to 50 lbs while performing production activities.
Exposure to manufacturing environments including machinery, noise, and moving equipment.
Flexibility to work different shifts or overtime as needed.

Job Description:
- Collect, clean, and manipulate data to generate reports and analyses related to the Commercial Change Order process and other related activities.
- Review parts included in the Change Order process, identify who is the correct supplier and Category Manager and properly assign category code
- Send the Request for Quotations timely to assigned suppliers
- Ensure adherence to predefined processes to maintain accuracy and consistency of information.
- Provide requests for technical drawing specifications
- Maintain the task tracking sheets of the team, input new items, monitor stakeholders on-time delivery and aging items for closure
- Complete assigned workload within deadlines and monitor timely processing of related transactions.
- Support the regular updates of the team’s various KPI dashboards to ensure its completeness and accuracy
- Conduct follow-ups and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders to expedite the process until completion
- Assist stakeholder/supplier needs, servicing, follow-up, cadence call and closure of issues
- Provide feedback on stakeholder/supplier inquiries/requests on a timely manner
- Support projects related to process improvement
- Serve as back-up for next level similar or related function for business continuity

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.

We are seeking a Director, Physical Automation to join the team and help the organization with identifying and reducing manual operations in manufacturing processes - from unloading of raw materials till finished products delivered to customers.
The role is based in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Anderson, SC.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute roadmap for the physical automation rollout in FQ Tissue (North Star – No human interactions with machines for operations, maintenance or product handling)
- Create business case and prioritize rollout of physical automaton projects
- Lead cross functional teams across the organization (operations, maintenance, engineering, business unit leads, IT hardware, SAP, project management, Product development ) to execute physical automation projects
- Joint development of automation solutions along with suppliers wherever applicable for the benefit of FQ
- Create a consortium of suppliers, research labs, universities etc who can partner with FQ to the vision of no human interaction operations
- Insure the organization is prepared and knowledgeable for the ongoing introduction of new automation solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related degree.
- Experience leading TPM or Continuous improvement methodologies (IWS, Lean etc.)
- Experience implementation of automation projects to reduce waste and variability in industrial environments - Examples : Self guided vehicles, Trailer loadings, ASRS, robots (ex- humanoid or dogs or others), Sensors/Cameras, Cobots, manual operations automation, AI solutions in machines
- Experience working with suppliers of technology or machinery or automation solutions
- Tissue/paper industry experience preferred
