About the Role

We are expanding our Automation Development team and are seeking Controls Engineers to support the design and build of highly advanced, custom automation and robotic equipment for autonomous vehicle production. This is a hands-on role focused on conceptual, in-house engineered systems—not repetitive builds or catalog automation.

Engineers in this group own projects end-to-end, from early concept and proof-of-principle through programming, debug, factory acceptance testing, and on-site integration. Key Responsibilities

As a DPA Environmental Driller/Geologist/Scientist, you will be able to develop your knowledge of environmental drilling with a variety of drilling techniques, locations, and equipment. Job Responsibilities:

Work Environment

This role operates in a mix of temperature-controlled office space and an active manufacturing plant. QUALIFICATIONS/ CAPABILITY PROFILE:

Minimum Education

• High school diploma and/or GED- Essential
• Bachelor’s degree in related field- Desirable

Minimum Experience

• Three to five (3-5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with particular preference for food manufacturing and/or packaging experience- Essential
• Some experience interacting with the company customers- Desirable
• One to three (1-3) years of experience in a lead or supervisory role- Essential

Minimum Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities

• Strong leadership skills- Essential
• Decision making skills- Essential
• Ability to analyze and/or solve problems- Essential
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills- Essential
