•Managing and planning the resources of the repair production lines around a workload / capacity tool in terms of repair production resources and staff (quantities and competencies). Anticipating the needs related to the ramp-up of the repair production tool.
•Identifying training needs, defining training initiatives to ensure the development of the team, and contributing to employee career management.
•Managing the skills and training of the teams to guarantee the quality of operations. Implementing effective communication within the team/repair production lines by ensuring communication routines to maintain a good social climate.
•Promoting the functioning of the teams in line with the leadership model principles.
Responsible for ensuring that employees comply with all Policies and Procedures
Operational Focus / Managing performance:
•Monitoring the performance indicators of the repair production lines in relation to the monthly targets and developing continuous improvement plans (improvement project): 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, etc.
•Proposing and implementing a plan for the continuous improvement of repair production lines: on production means and processes to contribute to the sustainable improvement of performance. •Ensuring that repair deadlines are met (deadlines of Work Orders within your scope, SPT):
-Validating schedules with the scheduler for repair production
-Following schedules and responding to issues (resources, quality, supply chain, maintenance, etc.)
•Involving the Technicians/Leader in managing performance and the teams coordination
•Taking part in the daily management routines of each line to ensure that they are followed and that standard are respected. Supporting your staff in the application of management standards to help them develop their skills
•Adapting the management system constantly, in particular the relevance of KPIs (Performance Indicators) based on changes in the results and context
•Ensuring the operational cohesion of the lines with the site’s other departments (HSE, Methods, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.) and promoting cross-functionality

THE DESCRIPTION
· Responsible for management of construction processes for multi-family and mixed-use construction projects;

We are seeking a Design & Compliance Engineer to lead in-building DAS and ERRCS engineering with a primary focus on California Title 24 and IFC Section 510 compliance. This is not just a commissioning role.
This position owns the technical integrity of the system from design validation through AHJ approval.
The ideal candidate ensures systems meet public safety code requirements, recommends compliant product solutions, prepares engineering submittals, and value engineers projects while preserving performance and inspection approval.
Primary Role Overview
This engineer serves as the technical authority on:

1. Engineering & Compliance Oversight

Field Applications Engineer – Aerospace & Space Systems
Location: Los Angeles, California, United States
A leading developer of rugged embedded computing systems used in aerospace, defense, and space applications is looking for a Field Applications Engineer to support customers across the United States. This role acts as the technical bridge between customers, engineering teams, and business development, helping aerospace and defense organizations integrate mission-critical computing solutions into their systems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for US customers.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support across aerospace, defense, and space programs.
- Work with customers to define system requirements and identify appropriate solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer workshops.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and program teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Support business development by helping translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to technical documentation, including application notes and integration guidance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in embedded hardware or software development/support.
- 3+ years in a customer-facing engineering role (Field Applications, technical sales, or field engineering).
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of embedded computing systems.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to customers and internal teams.
Due to regulatory requirements, candidates must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations.
Preferred Experience
- Aerospace, defense, or space industry experience.
- SpaceVPX or cPCI architectures.
- ARM or PowerPC processor architectures.
- Embedded operating systems such as VxWorks or Linux.
- NVIDIA embedded GPU platforms.

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Lead Automotive Account Manager - West Coast, the SOCAL Automotive Sales Engineer is responsible for maintaining current customer relationships and identifying areas for potential growth with established and new customers in the electric vehicle market. The primary role will be serving as the key account manager for a major electric vehicle company with responsibility for several smaller accounts. The role is responsible for being the main point of contact for communication regarding product selections and opportunity generation. This position is based primarily in the SOCAL area, with travel to the West Coast region as required. This individual will work with a cross-functional team, including sales, project management, product management, and engineering, to achieve success. This will be achieved while maintaining HellermannTyton's Quality and EHS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions, and required documentation.
Essential Functions:
- Serve as the key account manager for SOCAL automotive vehicle customers.
- Coordinate and align domestically and globally for relevant opportunities as required.
- Expand HellermannTyton's position in low-voltage, high-voltage vehicle electrification systems as well as fluid routing opportunities.
- Uncover opportunities in standard, platform-based, and custom products
- Attend and lead selected customer-facing meetings to drive opportunities to specify HellermannTyton's products.
- Support overall business direction as set by automotive sales and marketing leadership with vetted information and strategic clarity to ensure key activities are moving forward.
- Work with customer engineering teams to assess standard plastic fasteners/clips for wiring harnesses and fluid routings, offer substitutions, and deliver new, improved offerings.
- Use understanding of technical drawings, documents, and automotive testing requirements to convert information into recommendations and next steps to achieve the specification.
- Understand and have full knowledge of OEM specifications for standard parts and leverage that to gain market share.
- Follow and improve process flows to enable efficient multi-stakeholder direction and understanding of key actions and commitments.
- Manage customers current and upcoming platforms and develop sales plans in line with customers goals
- Maintain familiarity with competitors' products and identify opportunities
- Effectively communicate status, actions, milestones, and activities to key stakeholders.
Other Functions:
- Ability to discern opportunities and roadblocks to the goals of a project and drive results for increased sales.
Qualifications (skills, knowledge, experience)
- BS from an accredited four-year college or university, engineering discipline preferred, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- 5+ years of professional experience demonstrating mechanical and engineering aptitude, along with successful key customer responsibility
- Automotive Industry Experience required
- Knowledge of plastic fasteners is preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and adequate insurance
- Minimal travel involved

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
a) Education
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work history.
b) Experience
- Three to five years of experience in methods engineering, process improvement, or industrial engineering.
