Job Overview:

We are looking for a Measurements Technician II to support lab testing and measurement activities at Corning Inc.. In this role, you will assist engineers and scientists by measuring glass samples, operating lab equipment, recording data, and supporting experiments in a research lab environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform measurements and testing of glass samples using lab equipment
• Run daily checks and validations on measurement machines
• Record and track data using Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools
• Assist with lab processes such as ion exchange bath setup and glass staging
• Support engineers and scientists with experiments and projects

The IT Solution Architect for Supply Chain and Finance is responsible for designing, developing, and guiding implementation of enterprise technology solutions supporting financial and supply chain processes.

The architect drives operational excellence by shaping solution roadmaps, maintaining platform integrity, and enabling continuous improvement across finance and supply chain applications.

• Fulfills responsibility for dimensional and quality conformance of completed work to applicable specifications and quality standards.
• Will be recertified upon request of Underwriters or Engineering.
• Will be recertified in compliance with various Code Standards, Including but not necessarily limited to: CE/PED, API, AWS, and any others that may be specified by the customer.
• Keeps work area in clean, safe and orderly condition not including work generally performed by janitors.
• Prepares work records and other allied paper work as required to carry out the primary function.
