ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow Analyst II with 3+ years of experience to support and enhance our IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Knowledge Management processes within the ServiceNow platform.
