Job Summary:
The Senior Software Engineer will contribute to the development of 3DEOs proprietary slicing engine and the end-to-end software platform that powers our metal 3D printing process. This role focuses on geometry processing, toolpath generation, and digital workflows used across our vertically integrated production system. Ideal candidates have experience building slicers, simulation tools, or manufacturing automation software and enjoy working at the intersection of software and hardware in a fast-moving RD environment.
Essential Functions:
? Develop and maintain core slicing algorithms including path planning, infill generation, and motion logic
? Implement and optimize geometry processing tools (mesh repair, offsetting, tessellation, Boolean ops)
? Contribute to the architecture of the internal production platform, including job tracking and printer interfacing

- Support equipment installations including procurement, layout planning, power drops, disconnects, and final energization.
- Manage electrical work orders through JIRA and prioritize based on production impact and safety risk.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, OSHA, and local building code requirements.
- Provide oversight of contractors performing electrical work and verify work meets Rocket Lab standards.
- Assist with broader facilities maintenance tasks as required, including HVAC support, plumbing repairs, painting, minor construction, furniture relocation, and other general facilities maintenance activities to support site operations.

- 8+ years of electrical maintenance experience in any of the following industries: aerospace, automotive, medical device, or a heavily regulated manufacturing facility.
- High School Diploma, GED OR 12+ years of experience in electrical maintenance in lieu of diploma.

You'll Bring These Qualifications As A Master Electrician:
- 10+ years of electrical maintenance experience in any of the following industries: aerospace, automotive, medical device, or a heavily regulated manufacturing facility.
- High School Diploma, GED OR 14+ years of experience in electrical maintenance in lieu of diploma.
- Experience with facilities systems and improvement projects.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have:
- Licensed electrician or certified electrical professional is highly preferred.
- Experience with managing a cleanroom.
- Capable of solving complex problems with little to no supervision in a timely manner.

DMF is looking for a recent Electrical Engineering graduate with a passion for electronics and circuit design to join our new product development team. In this role you will work on developing industry leading LED lighting and IOT products with exposure to everything from ideation to detailed circuit design, analysis, prototyping and validation. The candidate will be an integral part of a dynamic and growing engineering team with room to innovate, learn and grow rapidly.
This role is onsite in Carson, CA.
The salary range is $75,000 to $100,000 (based on skills/knowledge/experience).
Responsibilities:
- Support the Electrical Engineering team in the design and qualification of compact LED drivers incorporating switch mode power supplies and associated control and communication circuits.
- Execute hardware testing and report results for review.
- Perform detail circuit design, simulation and prototyping under the direction of a senior engineer.
- Troubleshoot field returns, identifying root cause of problem and potential design improvements.
- Work with a cross functional team consisting of Mechanical engineers, Firmware engineers, Industrial Designers, and Project Managers supporting the overall product development effort.
- Follow the company product development process, conduct design reviews and interface with other engineers and departments to ensure an efficient transfer from design to production.
Requirements:
- Passionate about solving problems, using technology, and building product.
- Ideally, 2 or more years of professional experience with exposure to circuit design or testing within the consumer or industrial electronics sector.
- Knowledgeable with the fundamentals of electronics, components, and circuit design
- Hands on experience with electronics through professional experience, personal projects or college assignments.
- Able to communicate in an effective and professional manner (written and oral).
- High level of maturity and organization with a healthy obsession to learn
- Experience with microcontrollers and firmware is a plus.
