MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

POSITION OVERVIEW
A growing manufacturing company in the Fox Valley area is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to support equipment reliability and maintenance operations within a production environment.
This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills who enjoys working directly on the floor while helping guide maintenance priorities and supporting a team environment. Candidates with experience in injection molding or automated manufacturing environments are highly encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment and facility systems
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Support maintenance planning and help coordinate maintenance priorities across production lines
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repair solutions
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime

QUALIFICATIONS

- Certification in online teaching or e-learning delivered through a learning management system (LMS).
Key Responsibilities
- The instructor will be responsible for delivering online course content, engaging with students through our LMS, and providing timely feedback and support
- Facilitate best practices in student learning and engagement through effective responsive communication, discussion forums, generating multimedia content, and interactive assignments.
- Utilize the LMS to manage course administration, including course material updates, organizing and administering course exams and reviews, managing course grades, and tracking student participation.
- Monitor and assess student progress, provide constructive feedback and support, and promote positive learning experiences.
- Maintain appropriate communication channels and participate in course meetings with the program leadership and faculty team.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and stay updated with the latest and best practices in online education.

This is a dynamic position working directly with an interdisciplinary team in the homecare setting. Must have 1 year prior experience in acute care, rehab, or homecare. Pay Range: $40.00 - $52.81
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
