As a Data Center Electrician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Data Center Operations. What's the Job?
- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical equipment supporting critical data center infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with Data Center Operations and Engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution
- Perform general maintenance, preventive maintenance, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and emergency repairs within the data center environment
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment such as VFDs, switchgear, and motors with voltages from 120-480V and 4160-25kV
- Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, and complex electrical circuits to maintain uptime and data center reliability
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Industrial or Commercial Electrician, with data center or critical infrastructure maintenance preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools, electrical meters, and testing equipment specific to data center applications
- Experience with electrical systems from 24VDC to 25kV AC, including troubleshooting motor controls and electronic components
- Ability to interpret electrical prints and schematics for proper installation and modifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across all management levels

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review of plans and specifications.
- Managing the submittal process by reviewing all shop drawings against the project specifications, maintaining the submittal log, and coordinating the information with the architect, engineer, subcontractors and Project Superintendent.
- Maintain control of all plans, specifications and revisions to ensure that the construction team is in possession of all current documents published by design team.
