Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Asset Management / IT Operations Executive responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of IT assets. The role involves provisioning laptops for new employees, coordinating international shipments, recovering assets from exiting employees, and ensuring devices are reimaged and prepared for reuse. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient asset tracking and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Laptop configuration and provisioning for new joiners, ensuring devices are ready as per company standards before onboarding.
- Coordinate and manage international shipments of IT assets, including documentation, logistics coordination, and tracking.
- Handle asset recovery from exiting employees and ensure timely return of company-issued devices.
- Reimage and prepare returned devices for reissue, ensuring systems are properly wiped, updated, and compliant with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and ensure proper tracking across procurement, deployment, recovery, and disposal.
- Support overall IT asset lifecycle management including inventory monitoring, audits, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as HR, IT support, and logistics to ensure smooth asset allocation and recovery.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards during asset provisioning and reallocation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or End User Support.
- Knowledge of laptop provisioning, imaging, and device preparation processes.
- Experience with asset tracking tools or inventory management systems.
- Strong coordination skills for handling logistics and international shipments.

Essential Duties
Recreation Leaders perform some or all of the following essential functions depending on assigned area. Recreation Leaders may be assigned as sports officials, sports coaches, or day camp leaders.
Implements a wide spectrum of activities, seasonal community special events, tournaments and recreational activities for children, adults and/or older adults.
Plans, organizes, implements, and evaluates recreation activities in assigned area of responsibility.
Schedules activities and facilities, and coordinates the use of various indoor facilities belonging to other organizations.
Responds to participant complaints and conflicts. Addresses customer service issues.
Depending on assigned area operates and drives a motor vehicle and/or equipment safely and legally.
Conforms with all safety rules and performs work is a safe manner. Ensures and promotes a safe environment for activity participants.
Acts ethically and honestly; applies ethical standards of behavior to daily work activities and interactions. Builds confidence in the City through own actions.
Adheres to all City and Department policies.
Delivers excellent customer service to diverse audiences.
Maintains effective work relationships.

Education and Experience
Any combination of education, training, and experience providing the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.
Education or volunteer experience in recreation activities highly desired.

Special Requirements

Recreation Leaders assigned as day camp leaders or sports coaches must maintain First Aid/CPR certification.
Oregon Food Handler card may be required.
Travel among City worksites, off-site trainings and meetings.

The Trainer, Revenue Integrity is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that support accurate and compliant revenue cycle processes. This role ensures that staff across departments understand and adhere to revenue integrity standards, including coding, billing, documentation, and compliance requirements. The trainer collaborates with subject matter experts to create educational materials and evaluates training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, coding, billing, or compliance
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Familiarity with CMS regulations, payer guidelines, and healthcare compliance standards
- Strong communication, presentation, and instructional design skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related field (required)
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or equivalent certification (preferred)
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

The Student CT Technologist will perform procedures on patients of all ages, according to approved protocols, radiation safety, and established exam indicators. Duties include:
Schedules and obtains history from patients.
Evaluates the appropriateness of requested exams to assist radiologists.
Maintains knowledge of equipment and instruments/supplies pertinent to high quality exams.
Provides effective internal and external patient communication consistent with age and mental capacity.
May travel between SARMC and SAMC-Nampa.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Colleague must have and maintain an active Medical Imaging License issued by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI).
Colleague must obtain and maintain an active Oregon license prior to providing any services in Oregon.
Colleague must also obtain and maintain an active CT temporary 6-month Medical Imaging License issued by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) before and during CT cross training.
Training must be complete within 12 months as the temporary is only renewable once with the state of Oregon.
Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire unless currently certified in ACLS and/or PALS or as defined in the SAHS Certification Crosswalk.
GOOD TO HAVE:
Previous Radiologic Technologist experience in a hospital setting.

Maintains readiness of equipment in procedure rooms. Acquires supplies needed for procedures and passes to physician or assistant maintaining sterile technique. Assists in maintaining inventory control.
Transports patients to and from procedure rooms.
May apply manual pressure to puncture site to obtain hemostasis following procedure.
Serves in a charge/leadership role based on skill and unit needs. When assigned charge, makes patient assignments; triages patients; and problem solves with staff, physicians, patients, families, and ancillary departments.
Assists in quality control.

- The Lead Service Management Specialist provides expert guidance and hands-on support for our organization's IT service management. This senior-level position is crucial for ensuring the stability and integrity of our production environment through the effective application of industry best practices and our internal processes. In this role, you will apply the ITSM model, ITIL, and COBIT process frameworks to lead the day-to-day operations of our change and release management team.
- You'll serve as a mentor and coach, working closely with technical build and run engineers to coordinate the installation and updating of production infrastructure, systems, and application components. Your leadership will be key to championing adherence to our Change, Release and Problem Management processes and driving continuous improvement.
Summary Of Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and oversight for our Change Management Framework, leading Go-Live initiatives and Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Lead the coordination and deployment of all software and hardware releases, ensuring they are executed smoothly and with minimal impact.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for Change and Release processes. You'll coach and mentor technical teams, ensuring all changes are processed and documented in full compliance with corporate policies.
