Responsibilities Include:
Fleet Operations
Perform a variety of scheduling duties including but not limited to:
Daily work assignments and completion time frames/deadlines.
Disposal of vehicles at the end of service life cycle.
Working with user departments to schedule vehicle and equipment maintenance and repairs.
Ensure work areas are equipped with proper tools and safety equipment; properly dispose of all faulty tools and equipment; recommend stock quantities for coded materials and initiate necessary paperwork for purchase orders.
Ensure areas are free from safety hazards to prevent mishaps and promote the safe completion of the repairs and maintenance of fleet units.
Coordinate efforts to ensure staff are properly certified and trained this includes but is not limited to:
Scheduling classes in accordance with anticipated workloads.
Ensuring any prerequisites for classes are fulfilled prior to attendance.
Interfaces with manufacturers to schedule training on new equipment.
Ensuring the validity of all certifications, driver’s licenses, HAZMAT cards and state emission
inspection cards.
Organize and maintain all paperwork related to PENNDOT audits of inspection and emission testing including but not limited to:
Collecting on fueling activities from the trucks.
Reviewing documents for completeness.
Ensuring vehicles have matching window stickers and tags.
Perform 24-hour on-call duty in rotation with other supervisors to satisfy emergency needs.
Personnel Management
Coordinate subordinate work activities by developing project timelines, milestones and analyzing impact, determining priorities of activities, making work assignments, monitoring projects, and providing direction and assistance as needed.
Assess employee needs, ensuring subordinates are properly trained and adhere to company policies, practices and procedures, including collective bargaining agreement when applicable.
Evaluate and meet with subordinates to discuss work performance, providing appropriate commendations and disciplinary actions to ensure employees are well equipped to meet and/or exceed job expectations, and addresses complaints during grievance procedures in labor relations matters.
During each shift, regularly check in with technicians to monitor work order progress, provide feedback and instruction, resolve issues, and promote a positive work environment.
Finance & Accounting
Gather information for the Fleet Operations capital and O&M budgets, including a Tool and Equipment budget.
Track and maintain control of unit expenditures for standard work needs and special project coordination.
Other Related Functions
Perform other special projects and assignments as directed.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in related field or Certification from an accredited trade school in Auto Mechanics or relevant field.
3 to 5 years of directly related experience performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
Must have demonstrated experience supervising or managing others.
Must have a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
Knowledge of general office practices including but not limited to office administration, budget accounting principles, procurement procedures, strategic planning, team building and personnel management.
Must have leadership skills with the ability to create a professional and constructive environment that fosters teamwork and excellent customer service in day-to-day operations.
Equivalent combination of experience and education may be acceptable in lieu of a degree.

The Lead Systems Engineer (LSE) will be responsible for supporting the development,
integration, test, and verification of a variety of new and/or modified systems for a
missionized Gulfstream G550 platform. The LSE will require working knowledge of
encrypted communications, flight deck missionization, Emissions Control (EMCON), and
Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT). The LSE will be responsible for requirements
development and management, technical risk identification, system design, system
Integration, Verification and Validation (IV&V), civil and military certification, and
liaison troubleshooting and sustainment efforts.
The LSE will support large, complex project initiatives of substantial importance to the
organization with minimal oversight or direction on and off-site. They will Communicate
with internal leadership, external subcontractors and customer teams to explain and
influence changes to practices, processes and approaches. The LSE will provide input
into new products/processes and implements operational plans that have measurable
impact on business or functional results.
Essential Functions:
- Developing aircraft system requirements: Concept of Operations (ConOps), system specifications, component specifications, and system schematics.

Remora is hiring a Director of Project Execution. This individual will manage customer deployments of Remora’s carbon capture systems, guiding projects from planning through commissioning. The Director of Project Execution will be both a project driver and a customer advocate, ensuring deployments are safe, efficient, and aligned with customer needs, while also identifying opportunities for expanded partnerships.

We'll sell the CO2 to end-users, and share that revenue with our customers, so our device will create a new revenue stream while reducing their emissions.

Responsibilities
Plan & Develop
- Lead permitting and regulatory approval processes for customer sites.
- Coordinate with AE firms and engineers to design layouts, infrastructure, and system integration plans.
- Develop site plans and training procedures for site operations and maintenance.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities during planning to deepen customer partnerships.
Execute
- Manage deployment activities end-to-end, from permitting through construction, installation, and commissioning.
- Oversee contractors, vendors, and site partners to ensure scope, schedule, and budget targets are met.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or cost impacts.
- Travel frequently to customer sites to oversee execution and resolve challenges.
- Share customer insights with commercial teams to support account growth and expansion.
Collaborate
- Serve as the day-to-day customer-facing contact for deployment projects, providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Partner with internal engineering, EHS, and commercial teams to ensure deployments meet technical and safety standards.
- Work with municipalities, contractors, and regulators to coordinate permitting, construction, and inspections.
Grow
- Help develop scalable processes and playbooks for deployment that can be applied across multiple customer projects.
- Provide resources and training to ensure customers and partners are confident in operating deployed systems.
- Support customer success efforts by surfacing opportunities for long-term engagement and repeat deployments.
Design
- Contribute to process improvements by documenting lessons learned and standardizing practices.
- Ensure technical requirements are aligned with both customer needs and regulatory frameworks.
- Help optimize site deployment models for efficiency and repeatability.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in project/program management, ideally in energy, infrastructure, or industrial deployments.
- Experience managing contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer-facing skills with a proven ability to build trust and manage expectations.
- Business development mindset, with the ability to identify and surface opportunities for account growth.
- Knowledge of permitting, construction, and system integration (mechanical/electrical).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel 50%+.
