• Perform welding operations in accordance with MIL-SPEC and NAVSEA standards.

A well-established regional law firm is seeking a talented attorney to join its Land Use and Environmental practice based in Hackensack, New Jersey.

The firm has a strong reputation in land use law, environmental permitting, and regulatory compliance. The practice advises clients on a wide range of development and regulatory matters, including local subdivision, site plan approvals, zoning, and planning issues, as well as permitting requirements imposed by county, regional, state, multi-state, and federal authorities.

Attorneys in this group regularly work with local planning and zoning boards, county boards, and a variety of state and regional agencies. Matters frequently involve interaction with agencies responsible for environmental protection, land management, and regional planning, as well as federal regulatory bodies involved in environmental oversight and permitting.

The role will involve assisting clients in obtaining permits, approvals, and certifications necessary for development and land use projects. Work may include navigating regulatory frameworks, preparing applications, negotiating permit conditions, and representing clients in administrative proceedings and appeals.
